I'm sorry for this piece of shit short chapter. My writing has been more focused on a mid-session finale type of deal for the BTeam series. If you aren't reading it, I suggest you start to get a fill, considering how slow I'm updating this story! Haha, hope you guys enjoy this, even though it's short!
Harley's POV
"This dress makes me look so fat." I complained, looking over my shoulder in the mirror to examine my butt.
We were out shopping for bridesmaids dresses, which was just so fun. Fuck me! I was elected the guinea pig too!
I knew why I looked fat, but I still didn't want a dress that showed that! No matter how natural it is.
"If it makes you look fat, it's definitely going to make us all look fat." Taylor said.
"Yeah, you're like the skinniest person I've ever met." Arianna added.
"I'm not skinny, I'm short. There's a difference." I laughed.
"You're petite, not short. There's a difference." NJ mocked, giggling under his breath. "Go try the silver dress."
"Fine." I sighed, walking back to the fitting room.
The silver dress... Ah, here it is! This is not going to work, I can already tell, but I'll try it. I think Nicky made me the runway model on purpose. He knows I'm pregnant, and we have to find a dress I can wear.
By the wedding, I'll be three and a half months along. I know I'll only have a little bump, but I still don't want to be a fatass in the wedding pictures!
I walked out in the silver dress, and everyone cringed.
"I feel like a Christmas decoration." I groaned.
"It is going to be a winter wedding." NJ replied.
I shot him a glare, then we both laughed before I headed back to try on another dress.
"This is never going to work!" Arianna said as I walked away.
"Be optimistic!" I responded.
She sighed. "We've already been here forever!"
"It's been a half an hour." Genesis said. "We'll find a dress, calm down."
I laughed at their behavior. Some things change, and others always stay the same. Arianna will always be a bundle of worry, and Genesis the complete opposite!
The last dress... A black one. I pulled it on, seeing that it wasn't tight over my stomach, and it fit well.
"Guys, I think this one will actually work." I said as I walked out.
Arianna lightly gasped. "Oh my gosh, it's beautiful!"
"You think it's good?" I asked, looking to NJ.
"It's gorgeous, you're gorgeous." He beamed.
"Jade will die when he sees you!" Taylor smiled, glancing at the others. "Eddie and Kevin will love you two in it too!"
"Aleks will love you in your dress, too, Tay. You'll look beautiful." Arianna reassured.
"I... Guess." She shrugged. "I don't know, just, lately it feels like he doesn't find me, special, anymore, ya' know?" She asked aloud, but the rest of us just king of exchanged looks.
We've never had to be in that position. Sure, Jade and I have had fights, but there was never a night where I thought he didn't love me, or he wasn't interested in me.
Arianna sighed. "Yeah, I know what you mean. Kevin and I have been going through a bit of a rough patch ourselves."
"How 'bout I get out of this dress, and we'll head to lunch to talk?" I said.
"Yeah," NJ replied, wanting out of this conversation as much as me. "Sounds good."
