The next two classes whizzed by, and soon, it was lunch. Even for Kat, the cafeteria was impossible to miss. Everyone went there. She got food and looked for her friends.
"Come here!", Jayne called. Kat brought her tray over to the crowded table.
"So what happened?", Jayne asked.
"Dong Wook was punching me, but Kai came before he could hurt me more."
All the boys crowded around her, fussing over her single bruise. But Sehun noticed something.
"Why does he have so many bruises on his face?", Sehun asked, knowing that Kat had probably beat him up. He assumed that she had stuck true to her word and became a fighter. That would explain the punching bag and Dong Wook's face.
"It's because I threw him across the room", Kai boasted, trying to impress Layla.
"Why didn't you text us or something?", she asked, ignoring Kai.
"I don't have your number...", Kat mumbled.
"Oh! Why didn't you ask?"
"I was scared you'd say no..."
"I would never say no to my best friend! Here, I'll add you to group chat."
