"You're even crazier than I  thought if you really think we'll stay behind!"

Standing up from the chair, she follows after him in anger she's been trying so hard to keep at bay for some time now. But he doesn't listen to her, instead he opens the closet and pushes back a pile of clothes only to reveal a silver locker box behind it.

Quickly pushing some buttons, the door of the locker opens to him. Her anger grows, if possible, even more as he ignores her and starts taking the gun ammo out of the locker before shoving it into the pockets of his hood.

Slamming the door to the locker shut, he turns around to leave, but she's standing in his way with her arms crossed.

"The police has nothing on her, no file, nothing. Now tell me why would a woman that has been living in the shadows for years now, an expert at what she does, suddenly make the mistake of showing her face on camera? Where anyone could find out her identity?"

Leona spats out, her eyes narrowing at him while he glared back at her. Moments passes by with them stuck in a staring contest, neither one of them backing down.

"She's right, man. You may be crazy, but you're sure as hell not stupid. If anything, this is a trap-"

Leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and a leg perched up against the wall, Blaze says calmly, his gaze focused on the two ticking bombs before him.

"That's exactly why I should go alone, I'm not letting that woman kill anyone I ca-she's going down tonight, I'm killing her and that's the end of this discussion"

Storming past the wide eyed brunette, he leaves the room without a glance back. He never really lived with any regrets, but that was the thing that kept him going every day.

.

"We're not staying behind, are we?"

After finally snapping from the slight daze she was in, she turns to face Blaze with a determined look on her face.

"When have we ever listened to anything he says?" He replies with a small smirk.

His hood was pulled over his head, dressed in all black to camouflage him. The night was falling, only the last hints of sunlight still showing. But it was soon enough that he would finally get his revenge, at least that was what he told himself as he made his way towards the warehouse.

Passing by the black van, there's no-one around and that in itself should've sent alarms in his head. But at that moment of time, anger and revenge were blinding him, it was almost like his mind went on vacation and was currently moving on autopilot.

Walking inside the warehouse, he couldn't see any cameras or even hear the smallest beeps of them. Rounding around the corner, he peaks from behind a wall, only to find that there was more than just the five people they saw in the video earlier.

So closing his eyes, he tries to clear his mind and use the one power he has always been good at. Listening. It was something beyond logical explanations, something he always had ever since that night his parents got murdered. It was almost like that day triggered something deep within him. Because he suddenly could hear things he shouldn't and calculate things no normal human could.

Everything was quiet, it fell into a slow motion as he heard different voices coming from different directions. He could almost tell exactly how many people were in the building and where exactly their positions were. He never really thought much of it, always thinking it was just a gift he was given, some people could draw, some could sing, he could do this thing whatever it really is.
