She shakes her head with a slight roll of her eyes at their bickering that was heard from the kitchen. Pulling open the door, it takes her a moment or two to fully take in who was standing on the other side of the door. She opens her mouth to say something, but finds herself shutting it again, unable to wire a rational thought from her brain and through her mouth.

"We need your help..." the brunette says, not finding the need the beat around the bush.

"Don't you dare take a bite out of that pizza, Hamilton!"

Rhea's voice yelling from inside snaps her out of whatever daze she found herself in.

"What are you doing here?"

Lowering the slice of pizza from his mouth, he glares at the two of them, Elora stands by her friends' side and watches the other two skeptically.

"We need your help-"

"No, not after everything that happened" James is quick to cut Blaze off with a shake of his head.

"You don't even know what we're going to ask!" Leona argues with a glare.

"Whatever it is, we're not doing it. Not after what he did" he gestures with a hand towards Elora and she winces on remembering the bruise around her neck that was now covered with makeup.

"That wasn't even him! Something is wrong with him and we don't know what" Leona throws her hands up in exasperation.

"I'll tell you what's wrong with him. After setting that kid on fire and killing his parents, that ought to do things to your head-"

She's jumping at him with anger visible behind her wild brown orbs, ready to punch him when Blaze wraps an arm around her waist to hold her back. His hazel eyes widen slightly at that and takes a small step back from her.

"We can't force you to do anything you don't want, but how about you don't believe everything you hear without knowing the full truth? Come on, Leo, we're leaving"

His calmness is the complete opposite to how the brunette was feeling. She struggles in his hold as he starts leaving the kitchen while pulling her along. Pushing him off, she manages to escape him and stands before the kitchen table.

"Please...he's been through alot, he doesn't deserve this. And I've lost everyone I love...I can't lose yet another person that I care about"

Tears were blurring her vision and she blinks rapidly to push them back. Rhea tries locking eyes with the blue eyed boy, but he refuses to meet her eyes. Elora feels for the brunette and despite her better judgement believes her. Making eye contact with James, he starts shaking his head at the redhead, but she had already made up her mind.

"If what you're saying is true...then the right thing to do would be to help"

Rhea nods at that while James stays silent only shaking his head lightly. He knew just how stubborn his two best friends were and if they had something in mind, they'd do it no matter how many red flags flapped before their eyes.

"How are we even supposed to help?"

With crossed arms, James asks and Leona shares a look with Blaze before her eyes land again on the hazel eyed boy.

"We need to find him a cure..."
