Ch.8

Joe's POV.

I have never saw my brother act like this,well in a long time,probably since Macy. "You're gushing." I smirked,"Go get the door! I want you to meet Dee!" he smiled,I laughed,I got up and headed to the door,I opened it up,revealing a very big woman,she was more middle age and I think not Nick's type. I made a disgusting face,"Are you Dee?" I asked,I looked at Nick like,'ew.'

"I'm Nurse Patricia,It's Dee's day off. Where do you keep you meds?" she asked,"My bedroom.." Nick said,I watched as the nurse headed to my bedroom,"Dee told me she would be here. What if she switched because I bugged her?! Dude,what if---"

"Dude,chillax. Maybe this is a sign...you liked older women." I laughed,"Because that girl in that kitchen can totally handle you." I kept laughed,"Cause she is F-I-N-E." I laughed,"I'm glad this is funny to you,but I'm serious,bro...what if I don't ever see her again!?" Nick freaked out. "Dude,Pat said she's taking the day off,she never said she quit. She has a life too." I sighed.

"I guess you're right,but I really want you to meet Dee,she's different and amazing,Joe.." Nick gushed,"I know,I'll meet this girl someday,I really do want to meet this girl that is making you all this messed up." I smiled and sipped my coffee,"Well,you should probably go meet Patrica." I winked,I threw away my coffee cup,"I have to go and pack. I'll see you in 2 months. Maybe you and Dee will be a couple once I come back." I smiled.

"I hope dude,I'll see you later,man." he gave me a side hug,"Take care dude,flirt with Patricia." I winked and grabbed my keys,I headed out of his apartment and headed back to Chloe.

It was now a good week and Chloe and I are in Virginia right now. I pulled out my suitcase,"I'm going to take a shower,then I'll make us some lunch." Chloe walked in,"Alright,babe." I pecked her lips,before she headed to our hotel bathroom.

I opened up my suitcase and looked through my mini pocket inside,I felt something,I pulled it out and it was my old camera's memory card,I fucking found it!"Holy fuck!" I smiled a little,I knew I had to get these photo,I slipped the card into my pocket and headed to the bathroom,"Hey babe,I'm going to go to the store real quick..I'll be back." I opened the curtain and kissed her.

"Alright." she smiled,I headed out,I grabbed my things and headed outside of our hotel,I got a taxi to the closest drug store.

I waited there for an hour for my pictures to be developed,I waited impatiently,"Jonas?" the guy called,I got up and headed to the counter,"It'll be $17.99." he said,I handed him the money as he gave me the photos,"Thanks." I smiled,I headed to a new taxi,I opened up the envelope and pulled the photos out.

There were alot of photos of the scenery of Mexico,mixed with some pictures of Nick,which he didn't know I took,then I came across the pictures. The pictures of Demi posing in front of the Chichen Itza. God,I forgot how beautiful she was. I flipped through the pictures and looked at the pictures that we took together.

I ran my finger down the photo,I sighed,I put the photos on the empty seat next to me and leaned back into the chair,putting my arm over my forehead,thinking.

I let go of her hand,and took a picture,"Demi,smile." I smiled,she smiled for the camera,I smiled and snapped the photo,"One more." I said,she posed for this one,I laughed,"A little more to your left?" I smiled,changing my voice,she laughed and scooted a bit. I took the picture,"Awesome." I smiled.

"You come get in the picture,you goose!" Demi smiled, I smiled and ran up to put my arm around her,she put her arms around me,pulling me close,I then took a photo of us,I laughed,"Let's do a funny one,just for laughs." I smiled,she giggled,I crossed my eyes and she stuck her tongue out. "There." I turned the camera around and we viewed the camera,she died laughing,"We're hideous!" she laughed,"No,we're not." I smiled.

"Mister,we're here." the taxi driver woke me from my daydream,"I sat up and took the pictures,"Thanks." I paid him and got out of the taxi,I headed inside. I can still imagine that laugh,that big bodacious laugh of hers.

I walked in,"I'm going to take a shower." I pecked Chloe's cheek,I headed to the bedroom,I put the photos on the bed and headed to the bathroom,I took all my clothes and stepped into the shower,I let the water run down my face down my body.

"And I was wondering something.." I sat down at the bar,"Which is?" she smiled at me,filling the cup full of my beer,"Is a beautiful lady like you free tonight?" I smiled, "Is this you asking me out?" he handed me my cup,"I wouldn't say...like a date,unless you want it to be,but my friends and I heard about this bonfire party..would you like to come?" I got my wallet out.

I need to stop,I mean I'm in love with Chloe,Demi is history.

I got out once I was finished with my shower,I towel dried my hair,then I wrapped my towel around me waist,I walked out and saw Chloe sitting on the bed,she looked upset,"What's wrong?" I asked,then I saw she had the photos on her lap,oh no.

"Who is this girl,Joe!?" she got up,"Hey,hey.."I rushed her,"Who is she,Joe?! I want to know!!" she wiped her eyes,"That girl....we had a fling when I was in Mexico...two and a half years ago okay.." I looked at her,she just walked off,I sighed.

I slipped on a pair of boxers,I followed her,"There is nothing to worry about..she's history,she was just a fling...I never got to meet her ever again,I was suppose to meet her that Saturday,but she like vanished...there's nothing going on,okay? She's probably married with her own kids now." I cupped Chloe's face,"But why did you develop those pictures?" she sniffled.

"Cause I wanted to see what pictures I had on that car,I totally forgot I had taken photos of and with her. I'm sorry babe." I kissed her nose,"Well,she made a lost...she missed out on an awesome man...Maybe this would be her ring."Chloe flashed out her engagement ring,I laughed,"You put the 'oe' in Joe,babe." I kissed her,making her laugh,"Go eat,babe,we have to get to work." she padded my biceps,she headed to our bedroom,I took my plate and started eating my sand which.

"God babe,you always a good sand which maker!" I yelled,I just heard her laugh in the background. Chloe is a different kind of girl,she's really unique and genuine.

She's the kind of girl that can put up with a fight, but only for the ones she isn's close to,but once you become close to Tiger,she becomes soft anf genuine. I've learned that,when we first started dating.

"Go get ready,babe! We're running late!" Chloe smiled,I put my plate in the sink and rushed to our bedroom to get ready for our day.
