Saturday 6th September

"Char." I heard someone whisper but i chose to ignore them and groaned in reply. "Char wake up." I groaned again, rolling over and shoving my face in to my bed- wait this isn't my bed? Where am i? I shot up in an instant and groggily opened my eyes only to see i was in my living room. I sighed in relief and looked to my left to see Calum sat beside me. I furrowed my eyebrows and panicked slightly, and then it hit me that i let him sleep on my couch last night.

"Oh." I said blankly, not knowing how he was going to act, or if he even remembered last night. He stifled a laugh and i rolled my eyes at him, and lent back against the couch with Calum following suit. He turned so he was facing me and held himself up by propping his elbow on the couch. I raised my eyebrows, not bothering to look at him till he spoke.

"Well its nice to see you too." He joked and i just rolled my eyes again. "Hey Char?" He questioned after a couple minutes silence.

"I thought i told you not to call me that." I sighed in annoyance. I really wish the, innocent, sweet, puppy-like, drunk Calum was here. Not this Calum. I know Luke told me it was all a front, and last night i believed him, but as soon as this Calum comes back, i find it hard to believe him.

"Sorry Charlie." He smirked and i rolled my eyes at his new found nickname. But at least it wasn't Char. I let out a small laugh at the memory of Calum last night. "What's so funny?" He questioned and i laughed a little more. He seemed to realise by now what i was laughing at, i turned to face him and smirked. He let out a throaty groan and face palmed himself. "Let me hear it." He mumbled.

"Hear what?" I teased even though i knew exactly what he was asking.

"What did i do last night..?" He questioned again and i sniggered slightly. "Oh shit. Was it that bad?" He raised his eyebrows and shook his head in shame.

"Oh it really wasn't that bad.." I sighed sarcastically making him groan. He looked up at me for me to continue speaking. "Well according to Luke, he found you at some bar about to beat up some guy, but he pulled you away and you cried and said...some things..." I said vaguely, not exactly wanting to reveal what he said.

"What did i say?" He winced and i sighed and stayed quiet. "What did i say Char." He warned and i internally groaned knowing he wasn't going to let this one slide.

"You may have mentioned something about...wanting to see me... And i guess thats how you ended up here.." I said slowly, i watched as he dropped his head, as a small blush formed on his cheeks. Wow. This is the first time I've seen him uncontrollably vulnerable.

"You kept apologising to me." I cracked a tiny smile at the memory of last night. "You're like a 5 year old when you're drunk you know?" I let out a breathy laugh, which Calum returned.

"So I've been told." He smiled and finally raised his head so he was looking at me. "God i didn't say or do anything to you did i?" He panicked slightly and i shook my head with a small laugh.

"Other than falling asleep on me, nope." I laughed a little and he nodded.

"Well i um.. Sorry about that..." He sighed and i shook my head at him.

"Don't be sorry, you looked really cut- i mean you um.. You looked cosy, i didn't wanna wake you up.." I shuffled awkwardly in my seat and dropped my head, but i could still see the stupid smirk on his face.

"Yeah okay babe." He winked and i pushed him playfully.

"God, I'd rather have you call me Char.." I groaned but my eyes widened when i realised what i had said. "No Cal-"

"Well alright then Char." He winked and i groaned internally, but externally rolled my eyes causing him to laugh. I cracked a tiny smile as i realised how cute he looked when he laughed. I mean when he properly laughed. Not a snide laugh, or a cocky laugh, but a proper laugh. His eyes would crinkle slightly, making him look more Asian that usual, but it was completely adorable. I'm not even going to allow myself to deny it anymore. Of course he's attractive, so of course I'm going to think about little things like this. But just because he's extremely attractive, and in a band, doesn't mean I'm completely in love with him. Because I'm not. I have just about managed to tolerate the boy, never mind love him. I mean he's okay, when he's not being a douche, but that's hardly ever. So i don't really know how he has girls falling at his feet when he's such a sod. Clearly he's created this false image of himself and portrayed it to his fans. How could he lie to his fans? Thats just sick. These people look up to him and all he's doing is feeding them lies. Thats just completely deranged. Of course these are just theories. I'm not a fan so I don't know how he acts towards them. He could be a lovely guy, but a complete douche to girls he likes? I don't know. That would be a stupid logic to live by-

"Wait! What time is it?" I cut myself off from my own thoughts and turned to Calum who was pulling his phone out of his pocket and quickly unlocking the screen.

"9, why?" He questioned and i sighed in relief.

"Luke's picking you up at 10." I said and he nodded slightly and after a couple minutes silence i finally spoke. "Do you want something to eat?" I asked.

"I er, yeah sure." He smiled gratefully, i nodded and made my way to the kitchen.

"What'd you want?" I questioned as i pulled open the fridge and searched through it. Before i could even choose what to make, i felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist and pick me up. He turned and placed me back on my feet.

"I'll make breakfast, go sit." He ordered.

"Cal you don't-"

"I want to. It's the least i can do." He demanded and i threw my hands up in surrender before making my way back into the living room and relaxing on the couch, as i watched Calum search through the fridge. I cracked a small smile as he couldn't find anything, and instead just grabbed anything from the fridge. I furrowed my eyebrows and released a small laugh as i looked at the food he'd taken out of the fridge. Bacon, cheese, milk, broccoli, sausage rolls and lettuce.

"I don't want to hear a word from you!" He yelled over his shoulder as he stared down at the food. I burst out laughing, to the point at which i was clutching my stomach.

About half an hour later and Calum shouted me from the kitchen. I pushed myself up off the couch and walked into the kitchen. As soon as i reached the kitchen my eyes laid on Calum. I raised my eyebrows in pure shock of the breakfast in front of me. He had managed to scrub up a stack of pancakes and toast. I turned to him and he was stood there with the proudest smile on his face.

"I hope you like pancakes and toast because it's honestly the only think i know how to make." He released a small, awkward laugh and rubbed on the back of his neck with his hand. I smiled back at him and nodded.

"This is perfect, thank you." I replied and he breathed a sigh of relief. I like this Calum. It wasn't jerky Calum, but it wasn't 5 year old drunk Calum either, it was... normal, Calum.. He was awkward, and sweet. And i like it.
