I walked over to where Ashton stood at the sink washing the last of the cups as he hummed the tune to a song i don't believe i've heard before. I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on his back causing him to release a small laugh. I smiled at the sound of his laugh. It was quite possibly one of my favourite things about him.
"Hold on El, i'm almost done." Ash grinned, making his adorable dimples pop out. I nodded in reply as i held onto him tighter and snuggled my face into his back causing him to release a small laugh again. He dried off the last cup and placed it in the cupboard before pulling of his cleaning gloves and turning to face me - although i didn't release my grip from around his torso. He almost instinctivley wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. "Okay babe. Shoot, whats wrong? Yell at me if you're angry, cry if you're sad and if you're tired, fall." He smiled down at me. He always did this. I loved it, its like he knew something was wrong and when somethings up with me i really just don't like making the effort to talk and explain so instead Ash came up with this very affective system. Within seconds i just let myself fall, but of course, as always, Ash caught me. He swiftly lifted my feet of the ground and carried me bridal style towards the staff room. "Over-worked, tired and just want to cuddle then?" He sighed with a small smile as he sat on the staff room couch and rested me on his lap. I nodded in reply as i placed my hands onto his chest and cuddled into him. "El, i love to cuddle as much as the next guy, but you know that when we cuddle you fall asleep, and i don't want you to fall asleep in the staff room." He breathed a small laugh but i only shook my head as i didn't want to move. "Come on, i'll carry you home." He sighed as he wrapped his arms around me once again and stood up, picking me up with him. He walked to the door and picked up my coat and bag before placing my coat over the top of me and slinging my bag over his shoulder. "Keys?" He asked as i routed through my coat pockets, finally pulling out the keys, before handing them to Ash. He walked out of the staff room, closing and locking the door behind him before locking up the rest of the cafe. He carried me out of the front door, locking it before placing a kiss on my head and beginning to walk home.
It was a good thing my house was only a 5 minute walk because i'm pretty sure Ashton was about to collapse as we reached my front door. I passed him the keys that i had taken out of my coat pocket earlier as he thanked me and unlocked the door. He walked in, closing the door with his foot behind him and carrying me down to my bedroom. He pushed my bedroom door open before walking over to my bed and lying me down.
"Babe, you really-" I cut myself of with a yawn before continuing. "-didn't need to carry me all the way home. I could have walked." I yawned once again as i felt my eyes beginning to slowly close.
"El, lets be honest, if i let you walk you would have tripped, fallen on your face, been to tired to get up, and fallen asleep on the street. Now i wouldn't be a very good boyfriend if i let that happen would i?" He released a small laugh as i cracked a tiny smile at the fact he was completely right. "Come on lets get you changed." He smiled as he leaned down and placed a kiss on my forehead. He walked away and over to my wardrobe wear he picked out my pjamas. He walked back over before wrapping an arm around my back and lifting me up so i was sitting. I yawned as i began unbuttoning my t-shirt, I didn't care that ash was there. He'd seen me with less than my underwear on before so it wasn't a big deal for him to help me get changed. After i finished unbuttoning my t-shirt i lifted my arms as Ash pulled it off me. I then felt him shove another shirt over my head and leaving me to get it on myself. I looked down at the shirt to see it was Ashton's 'Ponnies Forever' shirt, his favourite. I smiled up at him as he began unzipping the side of my skirt. I laid back on my bed before lifitng the lower half of my body so ash could slip of my skirt. As he did so, he threw my skirt on the floor along with my shirt and began taking of my shoes. Once he'd thrown my shoes to the side he began slipping on my pjyama shorts. Once he was done, he stripped himself down so he was left in his underwear before walking around my bed and climbing in next to me.
"You are the best boyfriend in the world." I smiled at him as he wrapped one arm under my head and the other around my waist before pulling me into his embrace. He rested his chin on my head and i turned onto my side so our bodies fit together perfectly. He removed his arms from under my head and began playing with my hair as his other arm wrapped tightly around my waist.
"You're the best girlfriend ever." He whispered into my ear before kissing along my neck. I smiled feeling happy with the way things were going right now. "El, you should get to sleep, we've got work tomorrow remember." He sighed as i turned my head so my body stayed still whilst my eyes were focused on his. I smiled up at him before pressing my lips onto his.
"I still feel like i should pay you, you work practically all the time because Charlotte's never in." I breathed a tiny laugh.
"Babe, i do it so i can spend time with you. I honestly don't want to be paid to spend the day with my beautiful girlfriend." He grinned back at me causing me to blush. "But why was Charlotte even off today? I thought you said that she had started coming in every day now?" He asked as i chuckled slightly having a rough idea why she hadn't come in today.
"She texted me saying Calum begged her to stay in today because he had something special planned for the two of them." I winked slightly hoping Ashton would catch on to what i was saying but of course he was ashton, and he didn't catch on.
"Aw cute, what did he plan?" Ash smiled innocently at me but i only stared at him with a straight face.
"Sex you idiot. He's planning on having se-"
"Okay! I get it!" Ash moaned. I laughed a little as i always thought it was cute the way ashton got really awkward when someone would mention sex. But in bed, well, thats a completely different stor- "Jesus chirst, you don't need to say It twice." Ashton groaned cutting me off from my thoughts - probably for the better - as he shoved his face into my neck to hide his blushing cheeks. I laughed, placing my finger under his chin and lifting his head before kissing him quickly.
"Sorry babe, but now you know." I grinned widley hoping he'd forgive me and of course he did. He smiled and shook his head before placing his lips on mine again.
"Go to sleep babe." He mumbled onto my lips.
"I'm not tired anymore." I shrugged beore pulling away from him and turning back on my side as his hands found their way to my waist again, returning to our previous positions. I yawned a little but i still didn't feel tired any more. "Sing to me." I whispered. I had always had a strong love for Ashton's voice and i really wish he would get to sing more in the band, but i guess the fact that he looks damn hot when he plays those drums make up for it.
"Sure thing." He sighed as he paused for a moment trying to think of a song to sing. I sighed and closed my eyes as his voice began to ring through my ear, the song instantly recognisable from the first line he sang. "Don't talk, let me think it over, how we gonna fix this, how we gonna undo all the pain?" He sang softly into my ear, instantly calming me as i felt myself growing tired.
"Tell me, is it even worth it, looking for a straight line, taking back the time we can't replace." He sang quietly as i felt my body relax. He continued to sing to me as he traced his fingers on my bare hip. I smiled softly as he sang the last line of the song before he leaned in and placed a kiss on my cheek.
"I love you El."
"I love you too Ash."
