Chapter 48

Blink.

"Hello oppa!" Bati ko kay kuya pagbukas palang ng skype. I miss him so much.

"Hi baby girl." I pout. She always calls me baby. What's with him, hmm?

"How's your stay there in L.A?" I ask him. Nasa US kasi ngayon si oppa for a conference. Since nandoon ang isa sa mga branch ng Woo's Rhythm and he's the representative and soon to be CEO of the company.

"I'm fine. You? And before I forget, you have something to tell me." Sabi ni oppa. I know what he mean. I bit my lip and smile. "Oppa, I already have a boyfriend."

Sumeryoso ito. "Does eomma and appa knows about this?"

Umiling ako. "Not yet. But,"

"You should tell them. God Blinkiie! Do you know what would they feel because of that? I mean, your secrets? Spare it. Tell them." Sabi nito.

I pout. "Give me some time, oppa. Wala pa akong lakas ng loob, I'm not yet ready. And, I'm afraid." I said as a matter of fact.

"Afraid? Of what?"

"Na baka hindi nila gusto ang ginagawa ko. You know, appa warned me once. But I disobeyed him. Gosh oppa, you know that I don't want to disappoint them."

"But you already did." Dugtong kaagad nito. Napabusangot ako. "Then what should I do?"

Oppa smirk. "The only thing that you should do is to tell them the truth."

"But oppa---"

"No buts. Much better if you bring your boyfriend. Siya na mismo ang magpaliwanag at magsabi. That's the most easiest way."

"Easy? What if appa do something unexpectedly? I'm really scared."

Umiling iling ito. "I don't think so. And I can sense that your boyfriend is responsible enough to handle this kind of thing, so don't worry too much."

Napakunot ang noo ko. "You speak like you really do know my him, oppa. Kilala mo ang boyfriend ko no?"

Tumawa ito ng malutong. "Who wouldn't? He always post on social media about you. And the most amusing is that, he posted a video of the both of you. Nice voice, huh?"

"What video?" I paused. "I don't get you, oppa. What do you mean?" Tanong ko. Video naming dalawa? Kami? Hindi naman kami na gumawa ng video ah?

"Just see it for yourself. Anyway, I have to go. May gagawin pa ako. Don't forget what I've said. Trust me, they're just waiting."

Hanggang sa wala na ito sa kabilang linya, palaisipan pa din saakin ang mga sinabi nito.

Napapailing nalang ako. Oppa is creepy these past few weeks. What's happening to him?

Bigla kong binuksan ang sariling PC para tingnan ang sinasabi nitong video. Seriously, wala akong maalala na gumawa kami video. Pictures, pwede pa pero video? That's absurb.

I open my facebook account. Tama si oppa, karamihan sa mga post nito ay tungkol sa akin, at ang nakakatawa, lahat iyon ay nakatag sa akin.

Kaya naman pala marami ang may alam na kami na. Is he really proud of me?  I think he is.

Kinilig naman ako doon.

Nang makita ang video, agad kong kinuha ang headphone at pinakinggan. Wala naman itong pictures or video talaga, it's just a plain black background but you can hear clearly enough our voices.
