Blink.

"Open you eyes in one, two, three!"

I open my eyes but everything is blurry. Siguro dahil ilang minutong may nakatakip sa aking mata. Kinusot ko ito at muling magmulat. And to my surprise, hindi ko alam ang sasabihin ko.

I am speechless!

"You like it?" He asks. I nod seriatedly. "This is.."

"What?" Tanong niya.

"Amazing." Sagot ko at ngumiti. "I love this place." Dinala nya lang naman ako muli sa mini forest, sa likod ng university. It's been a while since I last came here. And gosh, ang ganda talaga ng place na ito hindi dahil nilagyan ng konting decorations, but the place is beautiful itself. Sobrang ganda talaga. This place can make you calm, and peaceful.

"Come here," I hear him say. Agad ko naman siyang nilingon at nakita ko ang isang maliit na closed cottage.

"Surprise!" He said while smiling. Kumurap kurap ako. "When.. I mean, how.."

"When we broke up, I don't know where to stay, lalo na sa mga oras na namimiss kita ng sobra at gusto kita makasama. Until I remember this place where we usually hang on. Hanggang sa hindi na ako nakatiis at nagpagawa na ako ng cottage dito. Mom was curious about this but she agreed since malakas ako kay Dad. So, that's the story."

"How can I make sure na wala kang dinadala rito?" Tanong ko. Nakipagtitigan ito. "You can ask the team."

"Eh, hindi mo naman sila kasama 24/7 kaya di pa din ako maniniwala." Sabi ko. He grins. "Promise. Cross my heart."

"You really love me?" Tanong ko. He nods shyly. I can't help myself but to give him a hug. "Thank you."

He puzzled. Maybe because he's not expecting that I'll hug him. "You're welcome. But I think, I have to call you a new name since this is our new start."

"Huh?" Naguguluhang tumingin ako dito. "What do you mean?" He grins. "I want to call you babe.. My flattie babe."

I pout. "Okay na sana eh! May problema ka ba sa pagiging---"

"Wala. I love you, kahit na flat ka." Sabi nito at niyakap ako. Kinilig na naman ako then he whisphers. "Kinikilig ka no? Hug me back and scream softly."

Ngingiting yumakap ako dito. Hinagkan na naman nya ako sa noo. And I love the feeling. Yung tipong lutang ka sa pagmamahal.

Inaya niya ako dito at pagpasok na pagpasok ko palang, nakita ko na agad ang table for two. "Let's make our time wisely. Your family, I mean, your Dad told me to date you just for an hour."

Napahalakhak ako ng malakas. Oh my.. My strict appa!

We ate delicious foods. He is the one who cooked, kaya naman enjoy na enjoy ako. He's a great cook, actually. Hanggang sa matapos kaming kumain, may pumailanlang tunog.

"Where is that?" Tanong ko sa kanya. He just smile and come to me. "Can we dance?" He offers his hand.

"We just finished eating." Natatawang turan ko. Pero dahil hindi naman ako killjoy, hinawakan ko na din ang kamay niya.
