When I look in the mirror; A seven part Trilogy
One: Feel disgust for how you let myself go
Turn
Two: Remember how he told you how much better you would look if you were thinner
Turn
Three: Remember all the men that messaged you in the middle of the night when your mind was a loose box of screws and you, being weak as you are, sent those pictures like they wanted
Turn
Four: Look at your neck, when you turn your head too far one direction, how it sags and you think how much easier it would be to slit it
Take off your shirt
Five: Stretch marks.
Get undressed.
Six: Remember that you are just a body of flesh and bone, that your body does not define who you are that you are amazing
Run the water
Seven: Be happy.
