Chapter 1

Kinjiro's POV

As the plane landed, I began to think of how my life would be in this land.

I must admit, this is the first time I've been here. I know that my parents have companies and condominiums here, but I never asked for further information.

Stupid Kinjiro.

While waiting for my luggage, I unlocked my phone to check where the condo my parents so graciously  provided for me during my stay here.

Who was I kidding? That Rōjin doesn't give an unko about me. Hahaoya had to give me the card and key in secret just so HE wouldn't know. That Kuso Yarō.

After getting my luggage, I found the nearest ATM machine and withdrew money from my account.

Nothing like being independent, eh?

Using an online app, I hailed a private vehicle to take me to my mother's condo. While inside the vehicle, I went on my social media account to check on updates from my gang members.

So far, none.

Waiting in the Manila traffic gave me time to contemplate on my life, on why and how this happened to me. Getting thrown off here at this unknown place. Did I even deserve this?

All I did was end fights, protecting my friends, who were also my gang mates.

We didn't start fights, they went for us and the people we love, what do you think we should've done?

"Ser nandito na po tayo."

"Uhm, what?" I replied, in English of course. The hell is this language. It was too stiff for my liking.

"Ay di marunong mag Tagalog." The driver whispered. What the hell?

"The fuck are you saying old geezer?"

"We ar hir ser!" His stiff English makes me want to roll my eyes. Fuck this.

Leaving more than enough to pay for my fare, I took off to enter the condo.

Having signed all the necessary paper works, I quickly walk towards my new place.

Swiping the card, I opened the door to smell the sweet smell of freedom.

"Hello freedo-- What the fuck?!"
