"hey baby" e says walking down the stairs
i smile "hi"
he walks over to me and leans in to kiss my lips, but i turn my head last minute, so his kisses my cheek
he tries again, but i do the same thing
"what's wrong?" he asks
"nothing"
"then why won't you let me kiss you?"
"grayson's here" i say gesturing to grayson who is sitting at the counter and looking at his phone
"he's not even paying attention" e says
"yes i am" gray says
"whatever, he sees us kiss all the time"
"so?"
"so it doesn't matter"
"just drop it ethan"
he raises his eyebrows and looks at me "are you sure nothing is wrong?"
"i'm positive"
"are you on your period?"
"no, i don't have to be on my period to be mad"
"so you are mad?"
"now i am because you won't stop bugging me"
his quiet for a moment "i just wanted a kiss. i don't see why you're mad"
"i'm mad because i don't want you to kiss me right now"
"why?" he asks with a hurt expression
"i just don't want you to kiss me right now"
"if you don't want me to kiss you then we might as well break up because i don't see this relationship going anywhere else then"
he storms to the door as i chase after him
i grab his arm and turn him around
"what?" he asks, mad
i smile and kiss his cheek "april fools"
i watch the smile appear on his face
"you got me good. damn, i wanted to prank you first"
i laugh "well you didn't"
i lean in and kiss him "i would never not want to kiss those lips" i whisper
"ew, still here" gray shouts
ethan flips him off as he leans in to kiss me again
