Bea is just at work when she have received a text from Jho saying that their training had just finished.

They haven't cleared their issues yet, it is like they had an implied contract to not talk about it for now and just enjoy and continue what they have left before things happened.

Bea shook her head as she read Jho's reply.

"Lovesick, ew." Mika, who's also working at Bea's office, said.

Bea just stuck her tongue out at her. "Wag ka ngang mangialam."

"Your giggles and smiles are annoying!"

Bea laughed. "Bitter naman."

Nagvibrate nanaman ang phone ni Bea at agad niya itong kinuha.

Now, it's Mika's turn to stuck her tongue out in Bea.

She received another text and now it's really from Jho.

Yey!! See you, bb!! 😘 Dalian mo!!

Itinago na nito ang kanyang phone habang ngiting ngiti ito. Mapupunit na ata ang labi niya dahil hindi niya mapigilan ang pag-ngiti.

"Inlove na inlove. Nakakaasar." Mika said.

Bea just smiled. "I feel so alive. I feel so good."

"Halata nga." Mika rolled her eyes. "Hey, this friday ha, yung pupuntahan natin."

"Para saan nga ulit 'yun?" Bea asked.

"May nakausap akong gustong magsalita sa nangyari sa mission natin where Maddie died. May video footage pa siyang nakuha."

Bea nodded. "Hm, can we move it to other day? How about saturday?"

"Why?"

"Baka kasi may puntahan ako sa araw na yan." Sabi ni Bea.

Mika raised her brow. "Baka?"

"Yeah? Kasi I'm not still sure if I'll go."

Napakunot ng noo si Mika. "Ano? Di ka sure but you're cancelling our plan already. Hm, makes me more curious sa lakad mong yan. San ka ba pupunta? That must be important kasi naipagpalit mo pa si Maddie 'jan. That's a first."

"Hey, hindi naman si pinagpapalit ko si Maddie." Depensa ni Bea.

"Takot multuhin ni Maddie!" Mika teased. "Pero san ka nga pupunta?"

"Jaja's birthday." Bea just said, while typing on her laptop.

"Santiago? Close kayo nun?"

Bea rolled her eyes. "Baliw, hindi siya. Jaja na kapatid ni Jho ang sinasabi ko."

"Wew, ang bilis ng galawan mo ha. Ano? Pamamanhikan na agad?" Mika teased.

"Sira!" Binato ni Bea ang lapis nito sa kaibigan. Mabuti at nacatch ito ng isa.
