In the Headmaster's office, several Aurors including HESTIA, DEDALUS, ALASTOR, MOLLY, ARTHUR, and GIDEON are scattered around the room before the door opens and ALBUS and MINERVA enter.
ALBUS: Good evening, friends. I want to thank you all for arriving on the scene on such short notice. Your acts of valor and courage served your community well today.
ALASTOR: What was the cause of this attack, Professor?
ALBUS: I'm afraid the motivation for tonight's attack was simply for Voldemort to display his power. He seeks to intimidate and frighten us.
ALASTOR: (gruffly) Like hell he will.
HESTIA: What does this mean, sir?
ALBUS: it simply means that this war has officially begun, the first magical war in a very long time. The time is approaching for the members of our society to choose their sides of this schism.
MOLLY: Well, we've already chosen, sir.
HESTIA: Indeed, we have.
DAEDALUS: Here, here!
Slowly, the Aurors gathered begin to clap and cheer together. ALBUS smiles.
ALBUS: Hopefully, you who are gathered here will be the first of many to join our cause. Your mission from this point on is to recruit as many as you can. Travel abroad, serve as diplomats to other Ministries of Magic, Councils of Magic, MACUSA- all of them. They must be warned. Voldemort's power is not something to be underestimated.
ARTHUR: (standing up and bowing his head) At your command, Professor.
The other Aurors follow ARTHUR'S lead and bow before ALBUS, who spreads his hands and smiles at them once more.
ALBUS: Thank you, friends.
