Chapter Thirty-Seven;

"Rex I'm hungry!" I whined banging my fist on the arm of the sofa. 

"Alie, where's your food at, Rex?" Bri called before getting up from herself up from the sofa. "F*ck this, I'm going to investigate..." she told me and Renai who started laughing as she left the living-room. 

"What are they doing outside anyway?" Renai asked as she walked towards the window and peeped through the curtains, all the mandem were outside just jamming they looked comfortable like they weren't planning on coming in anytime soon, I was fine with this because Nathaniel was out there and I really didn't want to see him. When I walked in the house he had the nerve to wink at me and lick his lips. 

"Where's Taylor?" I was confused, this was meant to be a get together and where was everyone? 

"I don't even know," Renai laughed, shaking her head. 

"This isn't even funny anymore," I said, "Rex is meant to be entertaining his f*cking guests, not leaving us here to entertain ourselves..." 

"There's nothing wrong with that," I heard Bri's voice say, I looked up and see the girl munching her way through one of those big packets of Doritos. 

"Bring that here now!" I laughed, holding out my hand while she grinned and passed me the packet. 

"They're taking the p*ss," Renai shook her head. 

"Where's your man?" Bri asked her. 

"Jurrel's outside with them!" Renai exclaimed. 

"I've had enough," Bri stood up but I grabbed her arm. 

"No, leave them..." I said desperately, even though I was annoyed I didn't want them to come inside for Nathaniel and me to be in the same room. 

"Why?" she frowned. 

"Nathaniel's here..." 

"This is his house, why can't he be here?" Bri snorted. 

"You know how he keeps trying to..." I struggled to get my words out as I was embarrassed...every time I thought back to that day it made me feel like a hoe, why did I let Nathaniel kiss me, now he thinks I like him but I'm in denial. 

"To what?" Renai repeated, looking shocked...I hadn't told her about what Nathaniel did yet. 

"Basically Nathaniel's feeling her..." Bri explained to Renai while I looked out the window they bare cracking joke and looking comfortable on Rex's drive like there weren't people inside the f*cking house. I looked at Nathaniel he was laughing all his straight white teeth were on display, he was alright looking...I ain't even going to lie, he has to be nice to have been getting so many girls, but out of him and Rex I think Rex's nicer...sometimes Nathaniel can look scary but his smile was cute though, it actually made me start smiling as I stared out the window at him. 

"Uhh...Jaida?" Bri's face came in front of mine blocking my view of the window. 

"Huh...?" I said. 

"Do you like Nathan?" Renai asked me an amused smile playing on her lips. 

"No!" I exclaimed. 

"You sure about that?" Bri smirked. I looked from Renai to Bri and back, they were both looking at me like they didn't believe me... 

"Then why are you watching him with that dreamy little smile on your face?" Renai asked, raising an eyebrow. 

"W-what?" I said, flustered. "I...just think his smile is nice, ok?" I told them, stammering a little.
