Well, turns out that you can't actually catch the Zoroark on Victory Road.
Sad times.
But I did get a surprise battle against Zekrom that I was not at all prepared for.
By that, I mean my highest-leveled Pokemon (Samurott) was only level 62...and Zekrom was level 70. And none of my other Pokemon were even level 60. Ampharos was the second-closest at 57.
Miraculously, I did manage to win, but only just barely. The only reason I beat it on the first try was because Zekrom got paralyzed by Ampharos's Static and I got a crit with Signal Beam (after an extremely long battle).
Thankfully catching it was less of a pain. I only had to use three Ultra Balls and only Samurott died in that battle (to a Fusion Bolt).
