No More Hidden Secrets

Pha, Jackson and Beam were all very surprised at Yo's sudden appearance. For a few minutes they all stood there in stunned silence before Pha very weakly spoke up. "Ummmm Yo. What are you doing here? We didn't expect you back for a couple more days yet." Yo was still unsure as to what was going on here but answered anyway "Well my mother's treatment went so well that they allowed her to come home early so here I am." Pha was nerves as hell, knowing full well that one wrong move could blow everything he has worked hard for up in smoke. "So what is it that you need to tell me?" Yo asked with a concerned look about him. "Oh nothing you need to worry your pretty little head about. Why don't I take you to your room so you can get some sleep. We can continue this in the morning. I know you must be real tired" Pha said as he tried to move closer to Yo. Pha was hoping that Beam would let it go for now, using Yo's tiredness as an excuse to get out of this mess, and let him handle it later but boy was he barking up the wrong tree. 

Before Pha could take even one step closer to Yo Beam had blocked his path and spoke harshly towards him "No! Yo isn't going anywhere until this problem is sorted. I told you Pha, either you tell him or I will and I'm not playing around here." Yo was thoroughly confused as to what on earth was going on. He had never seen Beam so angry with Pha before. Never. Pha was desperate to hang on to what little remained of the situation and was still trying to persuade Beam to let it go, at least for now. "Can't we discuss this tomorrow, it's late and I bet you and Yo are both really sleepy" he tried to reason. 

Beam wasn't having any of this. This had to stop now and nothing Pha could say or do would change his mind. "No Pha. This has gone on long enough. It has to end tonight" Beam said very  exasperated. Yo didn't understand what was going on here, "What needs to end? Am I missing something? What is going on and can someone please tell me why Jackson is here?" Yo looked at Pha, desperately seeking for answers. 

Pha knew it was all over, everything he had built was slowly crumbling around him, but even with it all falling apart he still tried to hold off the inevitable. "Ummm...Jackson was just here for a quick study session and was just about to leave before you arrived" Pha spoke softly as to not rile Beam up even more.  If only there was some way to convince Beam to leave this for now and come back to it later, then he might be able to solve this problem without Yo finding out the truth. 

Beam sighed, knowing full well what Pha was trying to do, but there was no way on earth Beam was letting Pha out of this anytime soon. He fucked up big time and needed to pay for his mistakes. After a few deep breaths Beam finally spoke again, slightly furious at Pha's attempt to escape here "Oh give it a rest already. It's over. Yo." Beam pauses slightly to gather his thoughts while Pha held his breath in anticipation of what was to come "Pha's been cheating on you....with Jackson."

Yo's mouth hung open wide in shock as he couldn't believe what he was hearing. Pha, his first and only love, cheated on him. Not just with anyone but with Jackson, a friend. Someone he had gotten to know and trust over these past few months. How could Pha do this too him, after everything Yo did for him. Tears started to form in Yo's eyes as he slowly looked at Pha and quietly asked "Is this true? Did you cheat on me with Jackson?" 

Pha didn't know how to respond, he couldn't lie anymore. The truth was out there and there was no way he could come back from this, but it didn't stop him giving it one last try "It's not what you think Yo. I love you, you got to believe me. Why would I...." Before he could even finish Beam angrily slapped Pha right across the face yelling "Man up for christ sake Pha and take fucking responsibility for your own stupid actions for a change."

Pha was left completely speechless. He could no longer hide the truth from Yo, it was pointless to keep this charade up any longer. One look at Yo's puffy face, tears streaming down like a waterfall, broke his heart. It torn him to pieces to see Yo like this but he had no one to blame but himself. He was the idiot who did this, giving in to his lust, not caring to think of the consequences his actions would cause. Pha finally found the courage to speak "Yo I am really sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen. I didn't mean to hurt you like this. I know you're angry with me right now but just so you know I do love you. I didn't lie about that I swear."

Yo was so heartbroken to say the least. He couldn't believe that Pha, the one he loved, the one he would of done anything for, could hurt him like this. Yo gave him everything. Pha was his first love, his first kiss, even his first time. His first everything was with Pha but it clearly didn't matter to him. Clearly Yo wasn't as important to him as he was to Yo. The tears kept pouring down his face as he couldn't stop feeling betrayed by someone so close to him. This hurt worse than anything he ever felt before. Yo took one last look at Pha and felt his entire world shatter into a million pieces before he ran out of the room, tears flowing from his eyes as he wandered into the night. This wasn't what he expected to find when he arrived home but I guess the signs were there, he was just too in love to see them.
