Nowhere To Hide

It had only been an hour since Ming had turned up to the medical facility, beaten up Pha and left but already the whole university was talking about what a dick Pha was. No one thought Pha was capable of this, the way he acted towards Yo seemed so loving and caring,  but today sure proved them wrong. It just goes to show, you can never judge a book by its cover. Ming wasn't the only one who wanted to beat the crap out of Pha, over half the students in the cafeteria alone wanted to give Pha a taste of his own medicine. Before anyone could try anything though, Pha had packed up his stuff and headed back to his dorm.

Beam wasn't at the medical cafeteria today, instead he joined his boyfriend over at the engineer's food court, wanting to explain why he was so busy last night and didn't come back to his dorm. Beam wasn't sure if he should be the one to tell Forth about Pha, but news of Pha's unfaithfulness spread like wildfire and he thought it was probably best to hear it from him, that way he could get the full story. When Beam explained how he had walked in on Pha and Jackson doing it, his argument with Pha about him being honest with Yo, and the sudden appearance of Yo Forth was outraged. Yo was like a brother to him and when someone hurts family like that they need to pay.

Beam saw the look on Forth's face and knew what he was immediately thinking "No Forth. I know Pha hurt Yo but don't go getting into a fight please. He's not worth it. Plus Kit already told me Ming beat the shit out of him so you don't need to." "Beam. Pha needs to suffer for his actions. He needs to be taught a lesson, to learn that this is never ok and will not go unpunished" Forth stated. Beam knew he was only doing this to protect Yo and he commended him for it, but he wouldn't let Forth do it. He didn't want him to get into trouble. "No Forth. I forbid you to do anything to Pha. Just leave him be ok. What we really need to do is be there for Yo. He looked so heart broken last night" Beam commanded. Forth could never argue with his boyfriend, he was as stubborn as a mule sometimes.

Once promising not to go after Pha himself, even if it hurt him to do so, he decided to text his fellow engineering buddies. He may have promised Beam he wouldn't attack Pha, but he never said he wouldn't let his friends ruff him up a bit. It was the least he could do to that scumbag. Pha didn't know what was coming. He had unleashed a whole world of hurt headed directly towards him. There was very few students who could sympathise with Pha. They all knew he got what he deserved and that there was more to come. It wasn't over by a long shot.

For the past week everywhere Pha went disaster always followed. First it was his car, someone had not only slashed his tires but shattered all his glass windows and painted the world cumslut in big bold letters on the hood, it would take ages to fix and now Pha had to take a taxi to school everyday. Then someone 'accidentally' tipped a bucket of leftover clam soup over him one lunch break, ruining all the notes he had taken that day. Now it was even worse. He was on his way home late one night from the Golden Tail when he was jumped by 5 men in blue jackets. He instantly recognised them as engineering students but didn't know them personally. They were carrying bats and other various objects. Pha was cornered and there was no escaping this mess.

He tried reasoning with the guys, hoping they could see his side of the story but that only riled them up even more. He then offered them money, thinking maybe he could pay his way out of this. People couldn't say no to a few thousand bahts right? The guys just scoffed at Pha's poor attempts to get out of this unscathed. No one hurts poor Yo and gets away with it, not even the great Pha. One of the men then took a step forward with a bat in hand, ready to knock some sense into this idiot. It wasn't long before Pha was laying on the ground barely conscious. He had various cuts and abrasions all over his body, his head was bleeding and his whole body felt like it was on fire. When they were satisfied with their job they picked up their weapons and left Pha to suffer alone. If it wasn't for an elderly couple walking passed minutes later and getting help Pha may have been left there all night. While at the hospital the police came to question him about the attackers, but Pha had convinced the police that he didn't see his assailants. He could of reported those guys but it wouldn't of made a difference, there would always be someone after him. If only he had Jackson by his side he thought, then maybe he'd be able to get through this.

He decided to give Jackson a call, hoping that he would pick up. The phone rang a couple of times before Jackson answered. Of course he had seen the video of Pha getting beaten up by Ming and he is aware that everyone now knows of his and Pha's relationship. It wasn't an easy week for him either. Guys kept calling him up, asking if they could have a little 'fun' or wanted to know if they could have a taste of his 'goodies.' "Hello Pha" Jackson replied "How are you?" Despite all this he still cared about Pha, still loved him but the harassment he's been getting all week was slowly getting to him. "I'm currently in hospital. 5 guys jumped me today and left me for dead, so pretty shit actually. I can't blame them though. I had it coming." Jackson couldn't believe what he was hearing. Pha didn't deserve this, no one did. It didn't matter that Pha had cheated on Yo, it still didn't make it all right to bash him up like that. "Pha this is not ok. You don't deserve this. It's not right to do that to someone. Maybe if I had of been with you it could of been avoided" Jackson spoke a little frustrated at the fact his boyfriend was in hospital because of some jerks. "It's ok Jackson, it really is. I just wanted to hear your voice. I miss you. Can we get back together, please?"

Jackson knew that no matter what happens he'd be ok as long as Pha was with him. "Of course Pha. I missed you too." Both were so happy, smiling and laughing, despite the rough week they had, as they continued to talk to each other, not knowing what was in store for them. They wouldn't be so cheerful at the moment if they knew that the worst was yet to come. This was only the beginning.
