Arriving Home

Once Pha was off the phone to Yo, after calming him down and promises of a date tomorrow (which Yo specifically told Pha not to miss or else), he started his car and headed back to his dorm room. What he wasn't expecting is Beam and Kit waiting outside his room. Oh shit he was in trouble now. He knew he couldn't play the sick card because he was just arriving back to his dorm. He thought maybe he could make a run for it but before he even turned around they both had spotted him. "Pha. Where on earth have you been mr and why haven't you been answering your phone?" Beam half yelled at him. Kit wasn't looking too pleased either.  They had all agreed to meet at Pha's at 7:30pm to do a group study session but it was well passed 8 and both were really tired of waiting around. They were about to head home when they saw Pha. Pha knew he had to come up with an excuse and fast as they both headed his direction.

Pha gulped as they were now in front of him, not looking too pleased. "Well....explain yourself Pha. Where were you?" Kit asked. Thinking on his feet Pha spoke, though a little anxious, "I was working on a big surprise for Yo's birthday and I couldn't contact anyone because my phone died." Thankfully Yo's birthday was only 2 months away and it could make for a plausible reasoning. "Really?" Beam questioned unsure if Pha was honestly telling the truth or not. "Yes. I'm planning a big surprise that I know Yo is going to love but it's going to take a lot of time to prepare. So i'd appreciate it if you didn't say anything to Yo about this ok. I don't want all my hard work to go up in flames." "Ok we won't but can you tell us what you are planning?" Kit asked, satisfied with his answer. "No, sorry I can't. I don't want any chances of Yo finding out." "But we won't tell him, I swear" Kit pleaded, curious as to what Phad had up his sleeve. "No. You might not tell Yo but knowing you, you'll accidentally tell Ming and then he'll tell Yo. I don't want to risk that."

Beam wasn't fully convinced, he felt something was up with Pha but couldn't put his finger on it. Maybe he was imaging things and Pha was telling the truth but he couldn't shake that nagging feeling something was wrong. "Hey are we going to study or just stand here all night" Kit spoke. "Hey, why don't we call Jackson and invite him to study with us?" Although Pha loved being as close to Jackson as possible he knew he couldn't invite him to their study group. He didn't want to risk his 2 best friends finding out about him and Jackson. He knew they would definitely not approve and would instantly tell Yo. "Ummm I don't think that's a good idea. I saw Jackson a little while ago and he said he wasn't feeling well so he headed home. We can invite him another time ok?" 

After their little discussion they headed to Pha's room for a night full of reviewing and studying. They have exams coming up soon and they wanted to make sure they were well prepared. After 3 hours of studying Beam and Kit decided to head back to their dorms, not forgetting to mention their little getaway this weekend. Luckily they lived next door to one another so they were able to take one car. Once the 2 guys had left Pha sat on his bed sighing in relief. That was a close call, he needed to make sure he was more careful next time. He couldn't let anyone know about him and Jackson. Not yet, not while he was still dating Yo. As he was trying to sleep images of Yo, and their past year together flashed before his eyes, he felt a smile on his face but soon those images turned to Jackson and he felt equally as happy. He didn't know what to do, it was all so confusing. Yo was the love of his life, his highschool sweetheart, the one that got away but he was able to catch him in the end. Then in walks a new kid and suddenly his whole world is turned upside down.  

Pha had trouble sleeping last night as he couldn't get Yo or Jackson out of his head. He was woken up by his phone ringing to some R.Kelly song. He quickly went to pick it up to see Jackson had called him asking if he wanted to get breakfast together then head to class. Pha didn't see anything wrong with that. He normally had breakfast with Yo but as he was seeing him tonight he figured one missed breakfast would be ok. He quickly got himself ready and as he was leaving his room sent a quick text to Yo explaining that he wouldn't be able to have breakfast with him this morning but that he would see him tonight for their date. Yo was pleasantly ok with that saying he would ask one of his angel gang members to drive him today. Pha then headed out to his car and drove to Jacksons dorm. Once he got there instead of texting Jackson he was waiting outside he headed up to his room and knocked on his door. A few seconds later the door flew open and Jackson kissed Pha directly on his lips. Pha was surprised but gained his composure soon after and deepened the kiss by inserting his tongue and tasting every inch of Jackson's mouth. It was very fortunate of them that no one was there to see the kiss as it was widely known throughout the whole university that Pha and Yo were dating. If anyone saw them, it would be all over the school in no time.

After their heated make out session they left Jackson's room and headed towards the car, going to a nearby food stall for breakfast. As luck would have it the food stall was almost completely empty and no one from their university was there, so Pha took the initiative and walked in holding onto Jackson's hand. They found a table near the back after ordering and just sat there talking about anything and everything. Pha didn't forget to mention the trip away this weekend and was more than happy that Jackson had agreed to come. Although he would be sharing a room with Yo he would definitely make sure he spent some quality alone time with Jackson. When they had finished their food, and after paying, they headed off to the medical facility. It was going to be a long day. They had classes from 8am till 5pm with only an hour lunch break in between.
