Just Another Fatality

JALYN'S POV

Today Jake came back from D.C. Where his mother is stationed. We were supposed to meet at Barnes & Nobles to go out and eat, it also gave me a chance to get a new vinyl. Me and Gerard got dressed and were sitting on the couch. He finally got rid of the crutches and is now just wearing the boot for his ankle. His bruises are starting to fade making it easier for me to cover up and the scratch down his face. It's definitely going to leave a scar. It runs from the corner of his lip to his cheek bone. It looked as if his mouth had been ripped open, but it was only a bad scratch. After a few minutes of waiting we heard a car horn.
"That's our cue!" I said getting up and putting shoes on. Gerard let Mouse outside and unlocked the giant doggie door that Mikey had bought for him.
"Mikey let's go". Gerard yelled as Mikey ran out of his room ready to go.

We all piled into Hannah's car. Kaitlyn was in the back seat while Hannah and Frank sat up front. Frank turned the radio on and we all sang to Aerosmith until we arrived at the store. Ray insisted on driving himself because he had just gotten his license. Him and Mikey are both a year younger than us, which is convenient because when we graduate this year Mikey won't be alone. We walked into the store and I went straight to the large section of records in the back part of the store. I skimmed through different stacks of records until I noticed a dark black one laying at the top of a pile. 'Back In Black' by AC/DC. Absolutely! I thought to myself as I picked up the big disc cover and brought it to the front desk. She rang me up and I payed her.
"Do you haves B&N rewards card?" She asked in a chirpy voice.
"No ma'am. Maybe another time, I'm in a bit of a rush" I responded genuinely.
"Of course" she replied. She put my record into a bag and gave me my change and receipt. I joined the group again and we all join into a circle.
"Where do you want to go?" Jake asked jumping up and down. We all looked at each other.
"Blaze Pizza is right around the corner" Ray suggested. We all agreed to just settle for pizza as always. We all walked back towards the door. Me Jake and Kaitlyn waddled like penguins all the way to the door, laughing at each other the whole way there.
"Two guys, chillin in the hot tub! Five feet apart cus they're not gay!" Jake screamed as he ran through the double doors. He flipped his shoulder length hair back and out of his face.
I placed my record in the back of Hannah's car and we all started walking to the restaurant.
"Ahhhoololololol" Jake screamed as he picked up a stick and threw it into the air. When it landed, it hit a parked car that was near the side walk.
"Holy shit!" Frank and Hannah yelled simultaneously as the car alarm started wailing. We all ran away from it laughing the whole time.
"Jake why would you throw a stick?!?" Mikey said his eyes still huge.
"Haha why wouldn't I throw a stick!" Jake replied in a low animated voice that made us all giggle.

We all finally made it to the restaurant and got in line. Hannah, Kaitlyn, and I all claimed enough seats for all of us. The boys went through the line and paid. When they sat down Jake looked disgruntled.
"That little toenail can suck my nine inch pinky whenever she wants. I told her I wanted an old timey glass coke bottle and she said they didn't have anymore. BULL SHIT!" He yelled directed at her. We all covered out mouths and cackled. Kaitlyn snorted like a freaking pig and made us all continue to laugh like crazy.
"Is she for serious!" Kaitlyn said with a lisp so it actually sounded like this; "ith theee for theriouth??" Hannah and me burst back into laughter until finally my cheeks became sore. Gerard put his hand on my back and almost spit out his drink giggling at me cackling like a banchee. We devoured our pizza laughing at each other's jokes from time to time. Mikey tapped Ray on the shoulder.
"Tell them the joke your little sister told you yesterday" he said.
"Oh yea! Okay so, what do you call a fish with no gills?" Ray said smiling. We all looked at each other confused. None of us knew the answer.
"Dead!" He said in a funny voice. No one but Kaitlyn, Gerard, and Frankie seemed to find it funny. I looked at Hannah with confusion. Jake thought about it for a second and snickered until his drink came out of his nose and we were all laughing again. Jake wiped his face.
"Ohh god that felt awful" he complained.
