I look at her and smile sadly, wiping away her tears away. “When you’re young, everything feels like the end of the world, but it’s not—it’s only the beginning,” I tell her, quoting one of my favorite movies. “I promise, it will get better.”

Although she isn’t related to the family with the curse, Diana Kennedy may just be next. That is until a certain blond-haired, Irish boy finds her at the edge of a bridge on his way home from breaking up with his ex-girlfriend. They both may be broken, but maybe that can fix each other.
