The Girl That No One Noticed...

Chapter 62

I smiled on a yawn as I awoke to the smell of bacon wafting up my nose only to find I was alone in the king sized bed. The fact that the guys let me sleep in this morning was heavenly bliss but still I couldn't help but be a little lonely without waking up to their handsome faces. I wriggled out of the bed to go get some breakfast, keeping in mind I had another date or maybe even dates today. I wouldn't be surprised if they had decided to double the dates again today after the way they did so yesterday, I was fine either way considering I had gotten some sleep and was more than up for the challenge.

 I called greetings to the 3 guys in the kitchen, the two I had spent the night with and Mr. Perfect himself. "Sleep well?" Marc grinned as he handed me a cup of coffee and I nodded happily to him as I took a sip, oh how I loved that perfection in a cup. I made quick work of the bacon and eggs provided before downing the coffee and tending to my pets needs, Nuka staying loyally at my side as usual. When I finished letting them out and feeding them I headed up to shower before Gabe showed himself, Nuka took up his spot on the bathroom rug as I rushed through a quick wash before drying off and wrapping up in my blue bath robe to wait.

 "Well Trouble it's time to f***ing get this party started." Gabe stated as he let himself in the bathroom, nodding when he saw I was ready and waiting for him. "Good morning to you too Meanie." I hummed playfully as he got to work on my hair. "No f***ing pony-tail or braids today Trouble this f***ing gorgeous a** hair is going to be hanging loose for now." He ordered, I sighed back knowing I didn't have much choice in the matter with Gabe involved. I couldn't say I minded however as I smiled at the way my hair flowed lightly over my shoulders in waves almost. 

"Change and you're f***ing done for now Trouble. Then you can wait with us until the f***er gets here." Gabe urged as he gave me a bag of clothes before leaving the room calling that he would be downstairs with everyone waiting. I quickly changed into the thin red button up shirt and dark blue jeans before slipping on some tennis shoes to match and heading downstairs with Nuka trailing at my heels. I was a little annoyed when I found the room empty and a note that they had a meeting to attend but my date would be arriving any minute. I sighed to myself, scratching Nuka's ears as I settled on the couch to wait and watching Duke and Billy sleeping together in a heap at my feet.

 A knock on the door had me up and out of my seat quickly to find my date shifting from foot to foot as he took in my outfit and I his. The tight red t-shirt that showed off his muscles and the jeans so dark they were almost black but not quite, I smiled up at him easily enough despite the hormones wanting to just pull him in and kiss him. "Good morning Honey, how's the leg doing?" I asked as Nathan smiled back at me, he had been doing better these last few days and I didn't know who was happier him, Sean or me. 

"Good. Great actually Doc finally gave me the all clear, I might have the limp for a little while longer but other than that he says I'm good. You ready to go Peanut?" I beamed at his words as I nodded and with a quick goodbye to my pets headed out to his car with him. "So Peanut you like to drive fast right?" He asked lightly as I buckled myself into the passenger seat. "Yeah why? WAIT you're not going to start driving like the Russian are you because I would actually like to make it to our destination in one piece." I kept a straight face for a second before we both burst into chuckles at my teasing. "No thanks Peanut I don't have a death wish but I do think you're going to like what I have planned." He smirked over as we headed out before turning his focus back to the road.
