The Girl That No One Noticed...

Chapter 66

I sent a quick text back to Sang letting her know I'd gotten her message of arrival at HQ, glad that at least she was in Academy hands for the time being. "You don't think Cupcake will panic or anything right?" Luke kept getting up and down from his seat, he was unable to stay still from the suspense. "I wonder how she's going to do on the written test 200 questions in an hour is nearly impossible, we barely passed simply because of our connections to Robert's putting in a good word." Marc huffed, that test had been bull but he was right even with not finishing we made it through testing.

 I had strong faith that Sang Baby would pass easily enough, but that didn't mean I was going to relax until she was back safe with us. "Hey is it a little hot in here to anyone else?" Nate asked, I had noticed the air hadn't been running in a while and I was starting to get a little thirsty. "Yeah it is a little warmer than usual." Silas muttered as I took a seat beside him.

 "I'll go check and see what the air is set to, we don't need anybody overheating." Victor said as he headed downstairs alone. "Yeah well don't need Aggele mou getting all hot and topless when she gets back." Silas smirked and I quickly smacked him with a growl. "We agreed we wouldn't bring that up again." I scowled, the fact being any of us would have loved to be on that beach in that moment but Silas was the one with the best luck of all apparently.

I wondered how Aggele mou was doing but teasing my brothers was a great way to pass the time until she got back from HQ. The date I had with Aggele mou had come up more than necessary and was proving to be a little harsh considering the amount of cold showers I had taken already, but I wasn't about to complain about witnessing a sight so gorgeous. I noticed the air in the room getting stuffy and hoped Vic got the air up soon, and maybe brought some drinks too.

I could tell it was warm in the room as Nate said but without my shirt on it was it wasn't bad, although I was a bit thirsty. I was also curious how my little warrior bird was going to show off her weapons skills, it would be interesting to see how things go.

I hoped Cupcake was doing alright. I knew the Academy testing could be harsh since they needed to know she could do the jobs given. I wanted to start pacing again but it was getting hotter and I planned to conserve my sugar energy reserve until the air was on again, maybe I could replenish with some cool aid or something.

Hmm, maybe I should make some iced coffee to help everyone cool down. I knew it wasn't as good as the regular but maybe Sang would appreciate it if the house was still a little warm when she got back from testing. I was eager to know her results since they gave you an idea of the kind of team mate you would be getting with the answers to the testing scenarios.
