The plan of action had been put into motion, finally, hours later. We had parked our vehicles far enough away that the warehouse dudes wouldn't know we were onto them. Which meant more work for us walking there in relative silence, or in Luke's case softly humming the Mission Impossible theme song as he snuck through the shadows.

I understood that Blackbourne wanted to wait until it got dark enough so it would be easier for us to get close but it was clear to see that everyone, including Blackbourne himself was not that fond about the idea. North started to scold Luke for making noise that might draw attention, but when the giant looming building came into view, everyone got quiet, even Luke. "We're going to set up in those bushes over there, we'll be able to reach you with the ear pieces and we should be close enough to hack some cameras inside, be careful." Victor said as he and Corey took their equipment and went to set up in some nearby bushes.

"So Blackbourne how are we going to do this, 12 seems like a pretty easy number to notice if you ask me." I stated, he gave me a look about not adding the 'Mr.' before his name. "Well Mr. Weiland we will be in six person teams. Six people for the lead team that will go in and the other six will be back-up if something goes wrong." his lips thinned at the last bit, no one wanted this to go bad, especially if Sang would be hurt in the process. "Well who's the front team and who's playing back-up?" Kota asked softly as he fiddled with his glasses, it was a shock he had stopped counting to himself to ask the question.

"Luke is front team since he's good with being silent, and Raven should go as firepower." Axel said, the crazy Russian confirmed the fact by taking his guns safety off with a sharp click, no one disagreed on those two going. "We might need some more muscle too." Luke stated. "North and Silas then." Sean nodded as both of the big guys stepped forward, beside the Russian the three of them looked terrifying. "Mr. Griffin is good for some muscle as well, and Mr. Lee should go in as team captain he will relay our orders." Blackbourne stated, and so with that the teams were obvious, I didn't entirely hate being the back-up, who wanted to be shot at anyway? "Alright then lets get to work." Axel ordered as everyone got down to business, following the bosses orders as we prepare to rescue our bird back. If she was in the giant of a sketchy warehouse at all.

I had been lucky, I just kept telling myself that as I spat some blood into the disgusting prison type sink. First of all because the person that came for a visit hadn't been Dev, it was that nasty sleazeball of a goon Greg. The second reason I was lucky was because he had not succeeded in trying to rape me, I made him feel some pain for that one. The third and final reason I was lucky was because I wasn't dead for fighting back, but that didn't stop the h*ll of a beating he gave, good to know I could still go numb at them. The knowing I was lucky however did not mean I felt any sort of lucky, I just felt like I'd been thrown into a meat tenderizer, but knowing Greg was busted up too helped a bit.

I took stock of my injuries once more, going off what I felt more than what little I could see, considering the stupid dim light bulb that I had cursed quite a few times by now. I knew my ribs were in some bad shape, plenty bruised but at least two were broken, the fact I heard them crack when Greg kicked me was testament to that and it hadn't helped the bleeding in my side. I would most likely have a black eye after the punch to my face and I already had the split lip burning like crazy.
