Sorry for such a trash pic! I made it on paint on my laptop and then took a picture of it so it looks terrible. Whoops. Well anyway here is the layout to Lance's tiny home. (Sorry again, it's not very detailed)

I wake up to children running around and screaming, like usual. The first thing I notice is that Luis isn't in my arms. I quickly scramble out of bed and cross the tiny room to the crib where I find Marco crying loudly. I pick him up and pat his back as I take him outside to the kitchen.

Chloe and Luis are up early, eating cereal on the floor and watching T.V. I put Marco into his high chair and say good morning to my little siblings. Even though Chloe is eleven she gets to act like a little kid when she's at home since we already have plenty of adults in the house.

I open our cereal cabinet to find we only have one cereal box left, and it's running out. I groan because this means I probably have to go grocery shopping today.

I pour Marco a bowl of cereal and he starts eating it right away. I ruffle his hair before heading back into my room to change. I look through my very small and limited closet I share with Luis and Danny. I pull out an average black hoodie with a band logo on it, I think it's Danny's. I put on gray sweatpants because today is that Sunday where you just feel like wearing sweatpants all day.

After I'm done changing I head into Mama and Abuelita's room. I tap lightly on the door. When no one answers I slip into the room silently. My Abuelita snores softly from her blow up mattress and since my Mama is nowhere to be found she probably already left for work.

I slide to the part of the small sunroom where Mama made a makeshift nightstand for Abuelita. She keeps all of her change in one of the drawers. I slide open the drawer as quietly as I can. I end up squeaking the nightstand a bit. My Abuelita rolls over to my and yawns.

My sneaky instinct kicks in right away and before she can open her eyes I've grabbed a twenty dollar bill and slipped out of the room. I turn around and turn the knob of the door before sliding it into the doorway. The door closes without a sound. A thief's trick I learned from when I was younger and snuck out in the middle of the night to eat snacks. Now I don't sneak out. Now I don't eat snacks.

I run to Chloe and Veronica's room and open the door without care, honestly it doesn't matter to me wether Veronica sleeps in or not. I walk into the bedroom and stand next to Ver lying in her small twin bed shoved against the left wall of the room. I lightly shake Ver's sleeping body. Her brown curly hair tangles as she moves around.

"Ver- Hey Ver. Can you wake up? Ver?" I keep shaking her and she groans, "What do you waaaant Lance?" She stretched out the word "want" and groans again. I roll my eyes, "Id like you to watch the kids as I go get groceries. Is that too much to ask?" I huff. She's only sleeping in because she was out all night with her friends. I don't even know these friends so I don't get to approve of them yet.
