The rain dribbled miserably down my window. The sky was grey and stormy. It was if Mother Nature was having a mental break down...

I groaned and leaned against the cold window. Why couldn't it be sunny? Then I could go to the beach, or skateboard in the road or read peacefully under a big tree somewhere close by.

But no, I have to sit inside and stare at the little drops of water, racing down my window. I'm not an "inside" type of person, I would way rather be outside doing something exciting.

The house was really quiet, which was kind of spooky. Mom, dad and (s/n) had gone to watch a movie, but I'd seen it already, so I said I'd pass.

'This would be an amazing opportunity for someone to murder me...' I thought. 'What the hell, (y/n)?! Stop, you're just freaking yourself out!' I frowned, but to be honest, was actually feeling a little uneasy.

Just then the doorbell went off and I jumped. I regained myself, and let out a little sigh. Who on earth would that be...maybe that murderer I was thinking of. 'Not taking any risks, hell no...' I thought. As I walked past my parents room, I quickly grabbed one of my dad's baseball bats and jogged down the stairs as quietly as possible.

The bell went off again, and I looked through the letter box. I let out a sigh of relief and opened the door.

There stood Shawn, with damp hair holding blankets and a bag of popcorn. I must have looked a mess. My (h/c) hair was loose and I was wearing black leggings, a grey Nike hoodie, two sizes to big for me, and a pair of white ankle socks...he's my boyfriend, better get used to it.

He looked at me and laughed. "What?" I asked him, puzzled. "Why are you holding a baseball bat, did you think I was a burglar or something?" He chuckled. "Um, no?" I rubbed the back of my head sheepishly. "Why are you here anyways? Not that I'm happy to see you." I said changing the subject.

He held up the popcorn and blankets before saying "I know you hate rainy days, so I thought I'd brighten yours up a bit." I beamed up at him. "Aw! That's so sweet! Come in, it's cold outside..." I said and he stepped inside. I closed the door and propped the bat behind it. 'Never know, might need it later' I thought and then giggled to myself.

We both went to the kitchen and he sung (f/s) while I made us both a cup of tea and warmed up the popcorn. We the went to the living room and plonked ourselves on the couch. We snuggled up close and put on (f/ser). After the first episode ended, he hugged me a bit tighter and kissed the top of my head.

"You know, I would like stormy weather if every one of them were like this." I sighed, leaning into him, while he chuckled into my ear.

(A/n) hey again...sorry if you guys like being inside rather than outside, personally I much prefer being out. But I actually love stormy weather, especially when you're all cuddled up in bed while is raining!
