Warm you up inside

I shivered and folded my arms, trying to gain a bit more heat. Shawn and I were going on a date, but it was really cold and he hadn't shown up yet.

'Where is he? He'll be here soon...right?' I thought to myself while sighing, causing vapor to come out my mouth.

"Hey, I didn't know you smoked, babe!!" Shawn said, startling me. I turned round and he kissed my nose. "Sorry I took so long, I bumped into a few fans who wanted photos." He said rubbing the back of his neck.

I giggled, and grabbed his hand. "I'm not sure if I can forgive you, Mendes. A cup of hot chocolate might help though? I'm freezing my butt off!!" I say, giving him puppy dog eyes.

He laughs and orders two cups of hot chocolate. We talk and drink our hot chocolate as we head to a bench overlooking a lake. Once our hot chocolate is done we sit and snuggle for a bit.

'Damn it's cold...' I think as I shiver a little. Shawn must have either felt me shiver or I'm radiating coldness because he slides off his denim jacket and slips it over my hoodie.

"You cold?" He asks, looking down at me. "A little..." I admit. He smiles. "I have just the thing to warm you up!!" he says, and his face brightens up.

He then leans down to give me a passionate kiss. He pulls away and asks, "Better?". I nod and lay my head against his chest before mumbling "Much".

(A/n) Hello once more...I've been neglecting my updates for a little while, so I've decided I have to update more often!!
