My jaw clenched as I looked at all the comments on Shawn's newest Instagram picture. We had finally told his fans that we were dating. They hadn't taken it well.

Shawnsgirl89: I expected Shawn to date someone prettier...

Shawn.Is.Bae: Um, anyone else think Shawn would be better off with a garbage can?

MrsMendesisQueen: WHY?!?! Really Shawn?!?! I thought you had better taste in girls?!?!

A frustrated tear rolled down my cheek and I brushed it off fiercely. Who were they to judge Shawn's relationship with me.

"(Y/n)?" I heard Shawn call from downstairs. "Up here..." I called back. I heard him jogging up the stairs and I quickly placed my phone down and picked up a book, trying to pretend everything was fine.

"Hey...I just wanted to say, no matter what the fans think of us, I love you no matter what. If they don't love you as much as I do, which is probably not possible for anyone, then they're not real fans. So don't beat yourself up about it. Ok?" He said, walking over to me and engulfing me in his arms.

"How did you know...?" I mumbled into his shirt, hugging him back. I felt him shrug against me. "I just got a feeling. Love you." He said, pulling back to kiss my nose.

I smiled and cupped his cheeks, before giving him a kiss on his lips. "Love you more." I said, resting my head on his shoulder.

"I highly doubt that." He mumbled into my ear and I giggled in response.
