Dream come true

I groaned as loudly as possible and slammed the front door ,of my shared apartment, closed. I stomped into the kitchen and plonked down into one of the chairs, laying my head on the cool, marble counter. "Babe? You ok?" I heard my boyfriend call. A moment later, he sat down next to me. "I'm tired and work was a pain in the ass." I grumbled, irritably.

He chuckled and stood up. "Come on." He said, holding out a hand to me. I looked up, quizzically,but stood up and took his hand. He lead me outside and walked me to his car, opening the door for me, before climbing in himself. "Shawn, we're not going out in public, are we? I look a mess." I said. He chuckled. "A hot mess, but no. We're not going out in public." He laid a hand on my thigh and I leaned my head against the window. We drove for another half an hour before I fell asleep, listening to the sound of the engine and Shawn humming along to the radio.

Eventually, I was awoken by Shawn rubbing my shoulder, gently. "We're here." He smiled as I yawned. I got out the car a my breath hitched in my throat. "Woah..." was all that escaped my lips. Shawn chuckled next to me. We were parked on a hill overlooking a range of mountains, the setting sun burning the sky. "Shawn, it's so pretty." I said in awe. "Not as pretty as you." Shawn said, causing me to chuckle at his cheesiness. He climbed onto the bonnet of his car and patted the spot next to him. I crawled up next to him and snuggled close. He wrapped an arm round my waist and I laid my head on his chest. Soon the setting sun was replaced by the night sky and we stayed on the car, watching the stars. "Thank you, Shawn. You've made my day feel so much better." I sighed. "Anything for you, (y/n)."

"A shooting star!" I exclaimed. "Make a wish!" Shawn laughed as I closed my eyes and wished. I wish Shawn and I could stay together forever. "Did you wish?" I asked him once I was finished. He shook his head. "I don't need anything more when I'm with you, you're my dream come true." He said. "Aw, your so cute." I say, pecking him on the lips. He holds me tighter and I lean into his embrace. Who knew I'd fall for this boy so hard?

(A/n) so this was inspired by my bad day today...

First off, I went skateboarding with my friend and we decided to go get something to drink and while we were in the line waiting to pay, I dropped my glass bottle of Sprite on my foot (because it's hard holding a longboard, money, and Sprite at the same time.) and everyone stared at me....luckily it never broke!!

Secondly, my other friend wanted me to get to know her cat better so she plopped it on my lap and it scratched no less than five claw lines down my leg while running away. To be honest, my leg and feelings are both sore...

So that's my story for today, sorry for being a drama lama, just felt like telling someone about my struggles 😂
