Chapter 18

Time Stamp: 06:00pm

Heading home from work, parking the car, walking up the driveway, you unlocked your door entering the house, you saw that the house was clean, but the basket of laundry, was still in the hallway, frowning you picked it up, taking the basket towards the laundry room, leaving it there for tomorrow, you put your bag on one of the chairs, in the living room, huffing slightly, you looked around the house a bit before heading upstairs, figuring Seung was asleep by then.

Opening the door you found Seung lying in bed, with the covers pulled up halfway, smiling softly to yourself, you headed towards the bed, sitting on the side of the bed you leaned your back unto Seung's butt, playing with his hair.

As your hand pushed his hair upwards, you saw a purple mark on the side of his neck, raising an eyebrow you were about to get a better look at it, seeing as the mark wasn't there that morning. Suddenly someone grabbed your hand.

"hmm...babe what are you doing?"

Seung said still holding your hand, as he spoke with a groggy voice, yawning, turning over he scratched his head, the covers falling off his body a little more, revealing more purplish marks in different areas, your eyes scanned over, each detail of his body. Gritting your teeth, you sat up straight, standing up, with your hands on your hips.

"where did you get those?"

You said as your anger showed in your voice, Seung looked at you confused for a second, before his eyes slowly scanned over his torso, grabbing the sheet to cover himself up.

"aren't you the one that did it?"

Seung said trying to play off the situation, you scoffed slightly, tapping your foot on the carpeted floor.

"well I'm sorry to in form you, but it wasn't me, are you forgetting that we haven't done it in two weeks now, because both of us are too busy"

You said with sarcasm laced in your voice, you didn't know whether you should forgive him or not, I mean you've done some shit that could be called cheating, but you never actually had sex with anyone. Shaking your head you headed towards your closet and started packing some clothes.

"babe where are you going"

Babe? Babe? Since when did he call you that it was always y/n or hun, or princess, so why change now?

As you finished packing your clothes you stood up and started heading towards the door, Seeing that you were serious, Seung jumped up off of the bed quickly, the covers falling completely off, as you turned back to look at him, you saw that they were even more hickey's going downwards.

"I think we need a break, Seung I have to go, you can have the house for now, but I'll be staying somewhere else, bye Seung"

You said, turning back around to head out the door, the minute you stepped out unto the porch, the rain begun to fall heavily, sitting down where you stood, Seung hadn't followed you out. Sighing in frustration, you looked up towards the sky, contemplating whether to go in the house or not, bending your head down slightly, you felt no more drops falling unto you, looking up there was an umbrella and a familiar face, you once used to love.

"well look what the rain dragged out"

The person said to you, in an amused tone, as they looked at you a smile forming on their face, groaning you face palmed yourself.

"just shut up tae, it's not the time for that"

Hearing what you said, Taehyung sat down beside you, his facial features, showed concern. Turning to look at him, you leaned your head unto his shoulders, since he always allowed you to do that when you were upset.

"what's wrong?"

Taehyung said, as he wrapped one hand around your shoulder, the other one still holding the umbrella, raising up your head a bit, you decided to tease him.

"oh, so now you wanna show concern huh?"

You said, making Taehyung laugh, oh how you missed that laugh of his, you missed his smile and the way he would comfort you, when you were upset, smiling softly, your mood had, been lifted just a bit.

"trying to guilt trip me I see, wanna go over to my house and warm up?"

Thinking about it for a second, you nodded your head, Taehyung stood up, lifting up your suitcase, holding the umbrella, standing up from the ground, the two of you started heading towards his house, then the rain started to downpour even harder, the rain drops beating against the umbrella's top, the two of you just thought "fuck it" and ran for the house, the rain soaking through both of your clothes, reaching the front door, Taehyung unlocking it, the two of you entered the house.

"so now will you tell me what happened?"

Taehyung said turning to you, his eyes scanning over your soaked shirt, as your bra showed through the thin, white fabric.

"can I just take a bath first, I'm freezing here"

You said your arms wrapped around your body, as you shivered from the cold, wet, uncomfortable clothes, that you had been stuck in all day. Taehyung nodded his head, his eyes never leaving your figure.

"it's upstairs, in the second room on the right"

Taehyung said, taking off his shirt that was soaked averting your eyes quickly, from the scene, you just nodded your head and went upstairs, to find the room. Just then the door bell rang, turning around Taehyung looked at the door with a puzzled look.

"who the heck would be ringing my doorbell, at this time of night?"

Taehyung said as he walked up to the door, still shirtless, unlocking the door, opening it just wide enough, for his body to fit through. Looking at the person, a smirk appeared on Taehyung's face, eyeing the person up and down, Taehyung noticed all the marks on his skin, and he already figured out the reason why you left the house.

"and what have I done to deserve your visit, this fine evening?"

Taehyung said trying to sound sarcastic, everything in him, in that moment was telling him to hit Seung, but there was something refraining him from doing just that.

"cut the crap Taehyung, where's y/n"

Seung said sounding irritated, as soon as you left the room, he hurried about trying to find something to put on, so that he could run after you, he wanted to apologize, and make it up to you, he didn't know what had gotten over him, but one thing was for sure, Rae still had a hold on him.

"she doesn't want to see your face right now, and I'm kindly asking for you to leave"

Taehyung said, slamming the door in Seung's face, pounding could be heard at the door downstairs, but over the rain, upstairs in the bathroom, the sound didn't reach you. In that moment the hot water in the tub, felt like pure bliss to you.
