Chapter 16 Jalissa vs Jerika?

"Jake!" Chance said in surprise seeing him with the drink, "I'll pay you for it" Jake quickly said before trying to walk out, but Chance grabbed his wrist. "Jake, how much have you been drinking since that party?" Chance asked quietly, hearing Nick's words in his head, that made him scared for his friend, "What does it matter?" Jake questioned bitterly, "Jake," Chance said sternly making him look at him, "You can't start drinking because Jerika's over-" He started to say before getting shoved backwards, "Its not over!" Jake shouted staring at Chance, the anger in his eyes turning into pain very quickly, Chance stood up hugging Jake tightly, he slowly took the beer from him putting it on the counter.

"Its gonna be okay bro, I promise" Chance told him, "I miss her so much" Jake said his voice trembling, "I know" Chance said rubbing his back, "I miss her, but hate her for what she did so much! Erika was suppose to be my girl, I didn't even get a explanation, she just left me standing there!" Jake said as his eyes started to burn from tears, "She doesn't deserve you" Chance mumbled, "Why can't I have a meaningful relationship? People are always cheating, and I'm left crying like a idiot!" Jake said starting to choke up, Chance sat on the bed with him, just hugging his best friend, Chance mixed with anger and hurt, he wanted nothing but to make Erika suffer for what she'd done, but at the same time he felt terrible seeing Jake breaking.

Alissa got up from the bed, she frowned wondering what Jake could possibly be doing leaving her waiting for him, she'd already started getting comfortable and had her crop-top off, but now was walking around confused. Alissa ventured down the somewhat quiet house looking for Jake, she saw a soft light on from a room, that was ajar, so she crept over looking in, she gasped quietly seeing Chance walking away from Jake to get him some tissues from the bathroom.

*If he's that vulnerable, I could have gotten him in bed...after he was in bed with me he could've been mine, permanently* Alissa thought before frowing at Chance, she quickly ducked back behind the wall before texting Jake quickly.

Alissa:Jake, you left me 😢

Jake:I'm sorry, I needed a drink...

Alissa:Okay, but, I thought we were connecting, you really hurt my feelings leaving me how you did...

Alissa knew if she kept milking how Jake was feeling, because of Erika, it'd be easy to get him back in her clutches, she smirked as she continued texting.

Jake:I'm really sorry Alissa...I'm just going through a lot right now..

Alissa:Let me help you through it, come back.

Jake:Alissa...

Alissa:Come back Jake.

"Jake, where are you going?" Chance asked in concern, watching him get up wiping his eyes with his sleeve, "I'm...I'm gonna go to bed, thanks for your help bro" Jake muttered, "You can stay here and sleep if you want bro, I don't mind" Chance told him putting his hand on Jake's shoulder, "Thanks, but I'll be okay" Jake said giving Chance a little smile before leaving,
he only went down the hall for a little bit, before Alissa grabbed him.

"Come on Jake, its not nice to keep a lady waiting~" Alissa said taking Jake into their shared room, Alissa sat him down roughly on the bed, Jake put his head down, he liked the warmth of Alissa's body as she touched him, it helped him try and forget the pain he was going through, but at the same time he felt disgusted with Alissa around him, he didn't really want her to do what she was doing, but he wasn't going to turn her away.

Alissa kneeled on either side of Jake's legs, starting to rub through his hair, "Why do you look so sad baby?" Alissa asked in a babyish voice, she squeezed his cheeks sticking him with her long nails, "I'm not sad" Jake lied trying to smile, "Act like it" Alissa whispered in his ear, while he couldn't see she took out her phone, sticking her tongue out about to lick Jake's ear when she snapped a picture, she quickly sent it to Erika attached with a quick message.

Alissa was grinning now, feeling proud of herself. *Eat your heart out Erika, this is what she deserves for stealling Jake from me in the first place* Alissa thought, as she kissed Jake's cheek.

Alissa:*Sent image*

Erika was lying on her bed, inside her cheap apartment, she had her two and a half month baby lying on her cheast asleep, Erika was dead tired, but the slightest noise woke her up now
thanks to having to care for a child, Erika looked over at her phone, she slowly reached over careful not to awaken her snoring baby.

Erika turned the screen to her face checking her message, thinking it might have been Lauren, but what she saw shocked her, Alissa with Jake!?

Erika felt her stomach drop, and her body heat up seeing the image, she had never felt so enraged and felt like she could cry at the same time, Erika was about to text back,
but got one from Alissa first.

Alissa:I'll caption this one, taking back whats mine 😈

Erika gripped her phone tightly, she didn't have a right to be mad really, she cheated first, she's the one who left after that vague explanation of what happened with her ex, left Jake to process that in front of all his loved ones, left him to wonder why? Left him to feel stupid after everything he'd given her.

*I still love him though...* Erika thought, her heart breaking seeing that image of him and Alissa again, in a mix of emotions she texted back.

Erika:Get your trampy tongue away from Jake...

Erika was gonna quickly put her phone away after that, but she surprisingly got a text back.

Alissa:Me the tramp? Who got knocked up, but has no man to father her child? 😷

Alissa laid on the bed smugly looking at her phone, while Jake had his head lying on her shoulder, face against her neck giving her weak kisses, while Alissa didn't even pay attention to him.

Erika:Watch yourself Violet, before I come back and show who the superior couple is #Jerika

Alissa:HA! Jerika is dead, get use to it baby #Jalissa4lyfe 😘😘

Erika:'Jalissa' was never even a thing, nonexistent- like your 'butt' 😂

Alissa:Whatever, I have Jake, and you don't, tramp.

Alissa quickly turned her phone off in a huff, before pushing Jake away from her in anger,
making him stare at her confused. "I'm tired, we're going to sleep" Alissa said snarkily at him,
"...Uh, okay" Jake stuttered, she snuggled roughly against Jake while she was still fuming.

Erika put her phone down slowly, placing her hand on her baby's back while she frowned.
*Jalissa? Yeah right...now on my watch* Erika thought.
