Chapter 24 Stuck in my Mind

'Ebony' watched as Jake was pretending to be a walrus, by sticking some straws up his nose, making odd gutterel noises, getting other customers attention from his behavior.
It wasn't that long into the date when Jake started acting a more like himself, and goofing off.

"People are staring!" Ebony giggled, "Let them stare" Jake said dabbing, "Your ridiculous" Ebony said,
"I like you" Jake said smiling at her before blowing the straws out of his nose, "How charming" Ebony said sarcastically, "Heheh, so Ebony, what are you trying to do out here? Are you just trying to be a instagram model, or what?" Jake asked taking a bite of his taco, "Um, I'm trying to go as far as I can go, honestly" Ebony said, "Yo, that's my girl" Jake nodded, Ebony blushed a bit hearing that *His girl, I wish* She thought.

"You know what'd be awesome?" Jake said finishing up a taco, "What?" Ebony asked scooting closer up in her booth looking across at Jake, "You could come by the house sometime, I got lit stuff there, it'd make for a good insta pic, ya know? Get those likes up" Jake told her, "That would be so lit! You'd really let me?" Ebony asked grinning, "Yeah" Jake said pinching her cheek, "Your such a flirt" Ebony said rolling her eyes,
"What can I say? I cant help but be attracted to beautiful girls" Jake said chuckling,
Ebony looked down sipping her drink, the back of her ears hurting from smiling so much,
after while of the two talking and eating, they finally went outside, where they continued to talk in the
dimly lit parking lot.

"So where do you live?" Jake asked leaning against his tesla, "Um, no where to be proud of" Ebony said letting out a nervous laugh, "Come on, you know what my house looks like" Jake urged her, "That's not fair, your famous" Ebony said poking him, "So what, I got you dinner, and some followers, and I'm not welcome in your house? Woooow, somebody already let the fame get to her head" Jake joked, "Shut up" Ebony laughed,
"You're so boujee" Jake said with a exaggerated sigh, "I'm boujee? Jake shut the heck up" Ebony told him rolling her eyes, Jake stopped laughing staring at her, Ebony noticed and looked at him, "What's wrong?
Is there something on my face?" She asked, "No...Uh sorry, its just uh" Jake stuttered with a nervous laugh,
"What's wrong?" Ebony asked, "I'm sorry, its not hot to talk about a ex on a date but-" Jake was saying but Ebony interrupted, "So this is just confirmed to be a date then? Good to know" She nodded jokingly,
Jake laughed a little looking down, "You said something that sounded like how my ex would, I'm sorry" Jake said scratching the back of his head, "You still think about her?" Ebony asked her voice a little softer,
"Yeah...But I shouldn't, we were almost married actually, found out she cheated litteraly last second, that sucked, like I'm a actor but I couldn't even act like that didn't hurt" Jake told her, Ebony was about to speak again, but Jake beat her to it, "This is really stupid, I shouldn't be telling you this,
for all I know, you could hate my guts, and put this all on the internet tomorrow" Jake dryly chuckled.

"I don't hate you, I'm glad you feel comfortable with me actually" Ebony said smiling, but feeling bittersweet inside, "Thanks for listening" Jake said, "Any time you want to talk, you have my number" Ebony said hugging him, Jake squeezed her back tightly, "I've never gotten along so fast with someone before,
what the heck bro? Its either cause I feel trashy, or maybe its just because your so hot" Jake said, earning a punch from Ebony to his side, "I'm kidding, your a sweet girl Ebony" Jake said, "Your a idiot" She said back,
"When you try to make a move, and the girl isn't having it" Jake laughed, "I'm kidding, I think your sweet too" Ebony said, "Oh?" Jake said raising his eyebrow, he tucked her hair behind her ear grinning as he leaned in, before he could make contact, Ebony moved back. *I can't just do that, it'd be wrong!* Erika shouted in her head.

"Let's listen to some music huh? This parking lot needs to get lit" Ebony quickly said, she went around a confused Jake, going to open his car door leaning in to turn the radio on, she heard Jake walk up behind her,
and in seconds he chuckled, "Ohhh dinner and a show" Jake said looking her bent over body up and down,
Ebony quickly stood up turning around about to slap him, but Jake grabbed her hand before she could, he put her arms around his neck while he grabbed her waist starting to dance to the music.

"Very smooth" Ebony mumbled, "What else were you expecting?" Jake asked sticking his tongue out with cheeky grin, Ebony just shook her head dancing with him, after a while of a little classic dancing, Jake spun her around so her backside pressed against him, he held her hips while they danced, going from playful to goofy,
as they danced around that parking lot.

Jake soon got her against his car, cupping her face, Erika a mix of chuckling, and being a little hot and sweaty. "I got ya" Jake taunted, "Your dangerous" Ebony whispered, "Am I?" He questioned leaning in a little closer, their breaths mingling together, Ebony flinched a bit, "What are you trying to do tonight? Leave happy...Or satisfied?" Jake asked with a devilish smirk, Ebony gasped a little her face going hot,
Jake took that moment to close the kiss, he heard her gasp again into the kiss as he started to make out with her, she moaned a little as he kept going, just as she was about to copy his movments when Jake pulled back abruptly, frowning at her.

"Whats wrong?" Ebony asked already panting a little, "Um...Nothing, its late I'll just take you home" Jake told her, he walked away getting into the car, leaving her standing there confused, *I didn't deserve that kiss anyways, but dang, it felt good* Erika thought before getting into the passenger seat, where Jake refused to look at her, he only asked her where to drop her off, and Erika was sure to pick a place not close enough for Jake to know exactly where she lived, but close enough she could get back safely.

"Good night Ebony" Jake said, "Good night, thanks for the ride" Ebony said smiling, "No problem, keep in touch" He told her, "Will do" She said before walking off, still confused at what ruined their moment,
but decided it was for the best if Jake didn't get interested in her, even though it hurt he didn't.

*I should stop thinking about her* Jake thought as he pulled up to his mansion, going in,
he was in thought as he showered and got ready for bed, *But when I kissed that girl, when I kissed Ebony?* Jake thought laying in bed staring at the wall, *That moan...it sounded just like Erika...I must be going crazy, just thinkng about her too much* He told himself.
