"Lauren" Erika said, she was feeding her child some formula, while he she sat in her highchair,
Lauren came into the room drying a glass. "What's up?" Lauren asked yawning, "I think we need to talk" Erika said quietly, "About?" Lauren questioned standing beside Erika looking down at the child, "I don't know how much longer we're gonna be able to keep this up" Erika said sadly, "Keep what up?" Lauren asked, "Lo...we're running out of money, I can't work as hard and long as I use to now with the baby, and your little cashier job isn't gonna cut it" Erika explained, while Lauren put her head down.
"Its either we have to have one of full time at home with the baby, while the other gets a serious job, or we have to move out of LA- everythings way too expensive here!" Erika complained,
hearing her mother raise her voice, Erika's child started to whimper, threatening to start wailing, "I don't need this right now!" Erika screamed, making her child start to scream out crying, "Erika you made her cry" Lauren said frowning, "I know that Lauren!" Erika snapped,
"Don't get mad at me! I didn't do anything!" Lauren said back, "Yeah, and I suppose everything is my fault" Erika said bitterly.
"I mean...if we're being honest" Lauren said rolling her eyes, "Don't give me attitude!" Erika shouted at Lauren, "Waaahhh-waaaahhhh!" Erika's child started screaming louder reaching for the bottle Erika had taken away from her, "Shut up!" Erika screamed out on the edge of angry tears, "Erika chill out!" Lauren told her, "How can I chill out Lauren? Everythings going downhill, I have nothing but this screaming child!" Erika yelled before shoving the bottle nipple into her baby's mouth getting her to be quiet.
"Maybe you should ask for some help?" Lauren suggested, "From WHO?" Erika asked, "Well...how about Ja-" Lauren was saying but Erika stopped her, turning her attention fully to her baby.
"Forget it, I'll find a way to make money, do you think you could just watch Jackie instead of going to work?" Erika asked sounding a bit solemn, "I guess, but what are you gonna be doing?" Lauren asked frowning, "I'm going to be earning some money" Erika said bluntly, "How?" Lauren questioned, "Don't worry about that" Erika said.
