For a while I just stay against Ash's chest, scared to see him hurt again. His chest rises and falls slowly, releasing a snore every few minutes.

Trent still stays hopelessly huddled in the corner, unaware of anything going on.

"I'm hungry. When is this jackass going to feed us?" Luke says mumbling on the ground.

"I don't know..." I whisper trying to stay quiet to not wake Ash. "I'm guessing there aren't any windows in here."

"It's not like I got up and checked while I was tied up." He says sarcastically.

"What's with you?" I spit back.

"You and lover boy that's what. You're supposed to be with me."

"I'm not supposed to be with anyone." I growl.

"Whatever. Want to look around?" I nod and I see his shadow shift up the wall. Clarence brought us a candle a whole ago...couldn't have been more than an hour ago. I lift it and Luke follows. We walk around until we are greeted by a large steel door.

"Locked." He says tugging on the handle. "Dang it."

We walk around a bit more and find a little wooden door.

"You could knock it down right?" I say to Luke. He goes to kick it down. "Can't you do it quieter?"

He reaches forward and checks the handle, it opens.

"Wow...." He says stepping through. "We aren't good at this."

The door leads into a small room with a few pictures on the wall and a lonely chair. I walk over and check all the sides and find a small broke window. I carefully push on the glass and it gives out.

"After he feeds us we will come in here okay?" I say removing the rest of the glass. He nods and we walk back. "For now I want sleep."

I crawl back next to Ash. He doesn't wake up but his hands automatically come and pull me closer. I fall asleep with Ash behind me and Luke in front of me.

*******

I get woken up by a conversation.

"What happened?" I hear Ash say, his hand grazing through my hair.

"I guess you were taken after you dropped off Sky..."

"I know that. At a stop light he jumped in my car with a gun and told me to drive. We went up to this little shack thing and he made me go in the back yard where he kept hitting me with the bunt of the gun..." He stops as if he's catching the memory. "What happened to you and Trent?"

"I was getting in my car after I went to work and he came up with a gun, told me to drive to the hospital. He came back with this guy. Then we drove to the shack and he put something in the vents and knocked us out." Luke says short and sweet.

"I don't remember anything." I hear Trent's broken voice mumble.

The guys go quiet for a while and I almost shudder with awkwardness.

"Isn't it weird we all are here because of her?" Luke says laughing.

"Why is that weird?" Ash says angrily.

"It's like a joke. One girl, three guys. Damn we could write a sitcom." Luke laughs and grabs my calf. "Oh but she's pretty alright."

"Get your hand off her." Ash snarls. I feel both of his hands clasp down on my thigh now.

"Whatcha gunna do lover boy?" Luke challenges. I need to wake up. I swat at his hands and push myself up.

"Stop being idiots." I croak. "I was trying to sleep."

The door slams open, light blinds me. Clarence stands with two trays.

"Bon Appettie!" He says turning to go back upstairs, but he turns around. "Oh and Sky we are having another training today with Ash." He winks then slams the door.

"Training?" Trent says staring at us. I turn and collapse into Ash. My chest starts bubbling and I start crying. He just sits numb and smooths down my hair.

"It will be okay." He says kissing my head.

"N-no it won't!" I squeal. "I can't hurt you!"

He pulls me back in and I see Luke get up with a scoff to get the trays.

We eats and drink the stale bread and water. My stomach growls after but I silence it with my hand. All to soon Clarence comes barreling in with two ropes. He ties my hands up and then Ash.

"Just in case you want to do something funny." He leads us to the same room where Ash was in his single chair. He shoves Ash in the seat and throws me on the floor in front of him. My jeans tear open at the knee and a line of blood runs down.

"So today's lesson, hmm," Clarence says scratching his chin. "How about how to tell the damn truth!"

I flinch at his voice. His hand connects with my cheek sending me on the ground.

"You said you couldn't heal huh! He looks peachy!" He kicks me in the ribs and I groan and turn over. My lungs hiccup to get air.

"I didn't know!" I scream through my tears.

"To hell you didn't know!" He grabs my hair and pulls me back up to my knees. I scream and try kicking at him but he just moves his hand and my feet are still.

"Please. Stop." I say trying to clear my voice.

"Prove it then. Heal him." Clarence pulls out his gun and points it at Ash. "Prove it god damnit!"

"Fine! I'll do anything just don't hurt him!" His lips curl into a smile.

"Oh but sweetie that's how Ill know." His nasty little greasy finger curls around the trigger and the gun goes off.
