The Private School

Chapter 29

I stand in shock, frozen as I stare at Mr Jackson in my doorway, looking very much like he's seen better days, smells a little too. I forgot about him, I remember Mrs Raven telling Stefan and I about the possibility of him or Jane showing up to cause trouble, but that wasn't exactly yesterday, that was a good few weeks, even a month or so ago.

"That was the plan, now are you going to let me in to talk?" He asks breaking the silence. I stand frozen in fear.

"I'd rather not" I say nervously and a gulp. Just then he shoves me roughly back into the room. "AAHHHH GET OFF ME!!" I scream in fear.

"Addi?" I hear as the door slams shut.

"We need to talk!" He says with rage and he pushes me against a wall.

"SOMEBODY HELP ME!" I cry out in fear. "GET OFF ME" I scream as he tries to shut me up by covering my mouth with his hand.

"SHUT UP!" He shouts and slaps me. I hear banging on the door.

"Addi? Open the door" I hear, it sounds like Jake.

"HELP!" I cry out again.

"ADDI!" I hear from the door again.

Stefan's POV

I'm sat in my room, bored out of my mind watching crap on the TV. I'm going for a wander around the school, pass some time, with it being the last week of school and there being no more exams, I have no work to mark. Maybe I'll bump into someone and talk to them or something, I dunno.

I grab my room keys and put my trainers on, I'm still in my work clothes, except I'm just wearing a shirt with the top button undone and no tie or waistcoat, it's too hot. I leave my room and start walking around. I go up some stairs and find myself in the student dorms. I can just about hear someone, it sounds like shouting coming from the other end. I start walking and I see a boy banging on a door, as I get closer I realise it's Jacob at Addison's door.

"Jake?" I call.

"Sir, quick, it's Addi, she's in trouble and I can't get in" He says quickly.

"Addison's in trouble?" I question.

"Someone is in there with her, she's screaming for help" He tells me.

"HELP ME!" I hear on the other side. Addi is in trouble? This had better not be Preston!

"Stand back" I tell Jacob. I burst my shoulder into the door, I can still hear Addi's cries for help, it's painful to hear. "Come on door, open!" I say.

"Addi hang on!" Jake shouts to her. I back away from the door after another failed shoulder bust. I kick the door and it opens, I search for Addi and find her pushed against a wall, by Mr Jackson.

"GET OFF HER!" I shout as I grab him and pull him off her. He starts laughing.

"I just want to talk" He says as he laughs and then he punches me which takes me by surprise at first, and I feel blood dripping from my nose, so I punch him in the face, he falls to the floor so I kick him in the side, not causing a lot of injury, just bruises. I pinch my nose and see blood all over my hand, he got me good, and it hurts.

"Sir, Addi" Jacob says snapping me out of it.

"Keep him down" I instruct Jacob.

"How?" He asks.

"Just sit on him" I instruct him. I go over to Addi who is sat on the floor, I sit down next to her and pull her into a hug and comfort her, I try not to get her covered in blood. "It's ok, you're ok now" I tell her as she cries.
