As you laid in bed that night, you thought back on your conversation with Jungkook. You didn't know what your mother had done behind your back. Does that mean Jungkook felt the same way about you too? Then what was that with that idol girl then?
Nothing made sense.
You knew that he wouldn't lie about his conversation with your mother. He isn't like that. However, you were unsure why Jungkook kept you around. Surely, he knows that one day the spotlight will be on you more than it already is. Whether your mother agrees with it or not, you were already part of Jungkook's idol life.
"Mom, what were you thinking?" you whispered.
