Falls in love once

After a heated argument, you finally sat down on the sofa with Jungkook but you sat opposite to him. You two sat there without saying a word to each other.

Jungkook broke the silence. "Would you believe me if I tell you that I never thought you'd feel the same way?"

You stared, "That idol."

A small smile curled his lips, "You think I'm in love with her?"

You were caught off-guard by his smile. Jungkook hadn't smile like that ever since he got here and it's been so long since you had seen him smile. There was something about that smile though.

"You telling me you aren't?" you crossed your arms and legs and you leaned forward towards Jungkook. Glaring, you said, "You're always talking about her, asking me for advice—"

"Crush," Jungkook interrupted you. "I was never in love with her. She's interesting. Maybe even a good match, I don't know. One thing I know is that I was never in love with her."

You said nothing. His tone was a little... convincing.

His eyes narrowed. "I don't know what you think of me, but I'm a man who only falls in love once."

Your heart skipped at that.
