Chapter 13: Meet and Greet

This is another long chapter. After this is where the GMGs begin and the action starts as well.

The beach was hot. Sand got in between your toes and in your eyes.

You: Tell me again why the beach is a good spot to be training?

Erza: The combination of heat and moisture in the air pushes the body to work harder to keep itself running. So training here is an optimal spot to build as much strength as possible. Also we can run around in very light outfits so clothing wont get in the way.

You: Makes sense I guess.

Erza shoots you a seductive look and presses her shoulder against your chest.

Erza: I also know you like seeing me in a bikini.

Your face turns red and you feel embarrassment wash over you.

You: That- that's not true!

Erza: *laughing* Calm down, I'm messing with you.

You: This is going to be a long three months

Only after a single day of training, everyone could feel themselves getting stronger.

Natsu: At this rate, we just might be able to catch up to all the other guilds!

Out of nowhere, Virgo hops out of a spirit gate in a panicked state.

Virgo: Lady Lucy, the celestial spirit world is under attack. We need your help!

Lucy: Virgo? Whats happening?

Virgo: As I said, the spirit world is under attack! We need everyones help!

Lucy: We're happy to lend a hand! Take us there immediately!

Virgo: I need to change your clothing in order to take you all there. So please stand still for a second.

You see everyone's outfits change to a fancy set of star themed clothing. Everyones except for yours.

You: Uh Virgo...I'm still in my swimming trunks

Virgo: You're fine. You're able to pass through the gate just the way you are.

Before you could question it, a gate opens in front of you and you're pulled through.

The world around you was astonishing. Starts littered the sky. Planets were just as plentiful. Nothing seemed to be amis.

It turns out there was no trouble in the spirit world. It was all a rouse to bring everyone to the realm to thank Lucy and the others.

A feast was held in their names. You felt like the odd man out because not only did you barely know any of the spirits, you were the only one sporting swimming trunks at a table full of food.

You spent an entire day in the spirit relm. Your morale was given a huge boost and you were ready to keep training nonstop.

Virgo takes everyone back to the beach and drops a bomb.

Virgo: Time moves differently out here than it does in the spirit world. Three months have passed.

You: You've gotta be kidding me!

Once Virgo left, a bird flys and lands on Erza's head. Its drops a note in her hand and flys away.

Erza opens the note and reads it out loud.

Erza: Please come to the bridge in West Woods.

You: Is that all it says? Should we trust it?

Erza: I think we should go to the bridge but keep our guards up. It could be a trap.
