The SHIELD council had called Nick Fury, saying was urgent. Fury now stands in front of a screen room, the council for SHIELD are in front of him. Their faces on a screen. "Hydra is getting stronger, Fury. Their under our noses at this point in their game." One of the Councilmen says, "We have heard that Captain Rogers is familiar with Hydra." "Captain Rogers fought the Red Skull, one of the founders of Hydra, back in the day." Fury says annoyed, his usual state. "Besides, Captain Rogers is working with the Avengers now. I hardly doubt he wants to go chasing after an organization that killed his friend." One of the Councilmen leans forward, his eyes squinting. "What about Stark? Would he be interested?" Fury smirks, scoffing at the Councilmen. "Tony's busy with his campaign with the disasters in California." Nick says "We need the Avengers to go raid a HYDRA facility." The Councilwoman says. "I doubt they'd consider it, Councilman. They only choose their battles if they know it's worth the trip. And also, it's a little below their pay raise." Fury says with a slight smirk, "Especially for Tony Stark." "We've sent you a package for the Avengers. You need to be on a plate in the morning to New York. We need you to gather the Avengers up and convince them to go to Germany." The Councilwoman says, "Lie, if you have to. But we need them go on this mission." Fury sighs, knowing he cannot fight with SHIELD's council. "I'm not going to argue with you, but I don't think Tony Stark or Captain Rogers is going to go through with this mission." "Then convince them," A councilman says "before things get ugly." "Good day, Agent Fury.";the top councilman says. The screens go black. Fury suspects the council will do anything to make the Avenger do as they want them do. The Agent rushes out of the room and goes to his office. He's going to New York after he gathers the package.
