"This is where the beat drops"
•Luna's POV•
"Brent." I whispered poking his cheek.
"Mmm!" He groaned.
"Brent get up." I said poking his cheek.
"Luna go back to sleep." He said looking at me half asleep.
"Fine ill go see Bri, Cole, and Aaron by myself." I said getting up.
"No! You are not going anywhere without me!" He growled sitting up and getting dressed.
"Thank you my Knight in shinning band merch." I giggled as we walked outside and got into his car.
We got to the hospital in less then fifteen minuets and went straight up into Bri's room.
"Hey man." Brent said sitting down on one of the chairs.
"Hey." Cole said with huge bags under his eyes.
"Anything change?" I asked.
"No but one of the nurses said it was time for Aaron to go home and if no one takes him home by midnight tonight they will call a social worker and put him into foster care." Coles voice hitched.
"You sign him out and we'll take him with us." I immediately said.
"Really!" Cole said.
"Yeah we came to check up on you guys and we will be leaving soon we can just take him then." I said reassuring Cole that this is the best for them.
"Luna you are amazing!" Cole said hugging me.
"Yeah I know."
"Your ego is bigger then mine." Cole chuckled.
All of sudden Bri's heart monitor started flat lining.
"Nurse!" I screamed.
And then there were so many people in the room and we were being pushed out of the room.
"No!NO!" Cole screamed pounding.
"Cole she is gonna be okay." I said patting his back.
And then the door opened and the doctor took off his mask.
"I'm sorry we tried all we could. She's dead!" He said as everyone walked out of the room.
"No!!" Cole screamed as he cried into my neck.
"Shh it's okay." I said petting his head.
"Luna she's gone!" He sobbed.
I just sat there and cry and cried as Cole cried in my arms as Brent patted my back.

Eventually they took her body to the morgue and we signed Aaron out.
"Luna I can't do this." Cole whispered.
"Yes you can." I said putting Aaron in a car seat in Brent's car.
"No! I'm signing custody over to you. Aaron should be yours. I can't be a single dad." Cole said and before I knew it Cole was in his car and racing away.
I just looked down at the small baby in my arms.
"What!" I said looking down.
"Luna!" Brent exclaimed!"What are we gonna do?"
"We are gonna raise this baby." I said looking down at the Cole look alike.
"Really?" He asked.
"Yeah." I said sitting in the car.
"Do we have to go back to Adrian's house?" Brent asked.
"No, I wanna go back to our house." I said as he drove toward our house.
"Good." He said.

After we got home I took the sleeping baby into his nursery.
"Good night Aaron." I said leaning down and kissing the babies fore head.
"I love you." Brent said kissing me.
"I love you two."
