It freaking hurts!

Our previous wounds from the fight with the other kids and from when we were kidnapped has not fully healed yet, and now we have even more severe injuries.

The bison dog or whatever it's name was really did a number to us. We scrapped our elbow and knees when we were pounced on by the big dog, making it raw and bleeding. But that's the least of it.

The huge dog's claws dug deep into our skin and meat. The bite is even worse. Its long fang pierced our back, stomach and left arm. A huge bite mark span across our body from the left shoulder down to the right side of our stomach. Our back are probably no better.

We were thrown back into the wagon after the kidnapper boss took us out from his dog's jaw. Our body can't take it anymore and we fell unconscious.

The next thing i know is that we're in an unfamiliar room. I could tell it's not the wagon. The room is slightly bigger and the roof is slanted. There's no window. The door is just a few feet away from where we are lying but I can't be bothered to check it. My head feels like exploding. The door is probably locked anyway. And in the off chance it's not, we aren't going anywhere in our current condition.

I look at our body. We have been treated and bandaged. Albeit poorly. Emi is sleeping. Her cute and innocent face finally is free of dirts and blood after so long. But her complexion doesn't look very good. Her face is pale from the loss of blood. There's bruises and cuts all over her small face. Her lips cracked from dehydration. I fell really bad for her. I turn my gaze to the others. Everyone else were treated too. We all are wearing a clean piece of cloth.

I tried to sit, but our abdomen screamed in pain when I tried. I can't feel our left arm. Not to mention our body is also burning up. We're having a very bad fever. My head hurts so much so I went back to sleep. It felt like not even a minute passed before we were woken up by an unknown woman who then feed us rice porridge before we went back to sleep. The cycle of waking and sleeping continues for about a week until the worst of our fever subsided.

After one week, we were once again stuffed into the wagon together with the other kids. All the blood and excrement inside have been cleaned. I'm glad they did at least that.

When we were moved into the wagon I realized one thing, Fatso is not here! The wagon started moving and I start asking around.

"Nina, can you tell us what we might have missed?" I sat down beside her. She have been silent the whole time. Well, it's not just her, everyone is not uttering a word. She stay silent for a good while, not saying anything. There's fear in her eyes.

"The Bison Shepherd... the big dog caught us." She said under her breath, shivering from the thought of it.

Well, there's no way we'd missed that you idiot! Hmm... I'll take this as my fault for asking such a general question to a six year old kid.

"Where's Fatso? " I ask my second question.

" I don't know... The dog went after him and didn't came back for a long time..." Her trembling voice trailed off and she stopped talking for a while.

"m.. maybe.. t.. they feed him to the dog!" Her eyes widened with fear. She put her hands over her head and curled into a ball. She start sobbing uncontrollably.

Hearing that, our heartbeat start rising up fast and our body tremble. Emi is scared. She start crying too. Oh no...

"Bullshit!" Man shouted at Nina. "Daus manage to run away. That's why he's not here. Stop fucking killing him off." Man is sitting by the wall, hugging his knees. He looks irritated. Mad even. That stopped Emi's tears.
