The Blood Moon is sacred to wolves - it represents birth, loss of innocence, first love, new beginnings, and most of all power. It's the time where the greatest strengths of the wolf multiplies and, depending on the wolf, that can vary.

This is my blood moon - I can feel in my bones that this will be a huge pivotal point for me...in more ways than one. I can't help but revel in the jittery anticipation coursing its way through my every fiber for what's going to happen. I don't know the outcome, but my body knows it'll be huge.

I take one look around my room as I think over the dumbest things. Like the fact I have a track meet tomorrow morning and Coach managed to get the whole team excused form classes for the day so we can be "well rested." Pfft, as if! His best members are heading into the fight of their lives just hours before they had to get one the bus!

The door slowly creaks open to reveal Jasynn. "Are you ready?"

I nod, not really sure what I'm ready for.

Hey guys, check out the book's theme on the side ----->

If you can't get to it look up "You Can't Take Me - Spirit soundtrack"....it's an amazing song and fits the theme of this half of the story perfectly!

Also, on the side is a pic of Bekah with her eyes before the wolfsbane incident - but don't worry, I'll add how it looks after soon ;) We all have slowly gotten to know Bekah for the strong and caring person she is. She makes sure to put her pack first without really knowing she's doing it. She's definitely a role model to me - just saying. Anyways, even with her strange eyes, growing strength, and the fact that every time she turns around someone's trying to kill her she still finds a way to be grateful for all she's been given.

Whoever can tell me the secret behind the glow of her eyes first - and be honest that they didn't look back at My Wolf to do so - will get a shout-out in the upcoming chapters ;P

Always yours,

Kera
