** Sorry for slow updates. It has been very hectic my end with hospital appointments ect. But I will keep giving longer chapters :) **

The night began to close in. The apartment was spotless,  the refreshments were laid out on the table along with plastic cups and of course, alcohol. Music played quietly from the speakers. I felt nervous. All of Trixie's friends were coming over after their performance and I was feeling a little bit jittery. Trixie appeared from the bedroom , head to toe in drag. Her tight, pink dress fell perfectly around her curves and legs . Her bright pink shoes strapped around her feet. Long, pink, curled hair fell around her shoulder. A pearl necklace fell form her neck.

"Is that mine?" I said pointing to the necklace. She scowled.

"No? And anyway , finders keepers" She said as she fiddled with the necklace and walked off out to the kitchen out of sight. I rolled my eyes playfully and sat myself down on the sofa.

"They will be here any minute" Trixie's muffled voice shouted , echoing the apartment. I tapped my foot on the floor impatiently with nerves. Just waiting for that knock on the door. I wonder if they will like me? Will they include me? I don't think I know the drag queen slang? Trixie reappeared back in to the living room with two over filled glasses of wine. Strutting over to me and handing me a glass. I thanked her and began to take a few gulps.

"Slow down there whirlwind. You don't want to be drunk before they get here. Your drinking with men , remember" A little smile formed at the corner of her lips. I swallowed and placed the glass on to the table.

"Sorry. I'm just worried" I answered. Trixie leaned forward and placed her hand on my shoulder, gazing in to my eyes.

"You have nothing to worry about , besides , Sharon has this trick-_"  KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK.

"I'll get that" Trixie said removing her hand and skipping excitedly to the door.

"Guys! Oh my god I am so glad you could make it "I heard Trixie exclaim as she opened up our apartment door. I could hear voices. A lot of voices. Oh crap. My heart began to quicken. Trixie clip clopped in with a wide, white smile.

"Come sit in here" She said turning around to look behind her. I faked a big smile as I was greeted with drag queens. Red haired , black , blonde. I didn't know where to look. A stampede of heels clipped the floor as they came bounding in laughing and joking and began to take seats around me. I don't think they noticed me as they were all gossiping while they sat around me. Here goes nothing. Trixie ushered her way through them and squeezed herself next to me. She put her arm around the back of me and around my waist and she had the biggest smile spread across her face. It was priceless. Her happiness meant everything to me. Someone else sat at the side of me. Her perfume was over whelming. I turned to see a bobbed, curled, ginger haired queen. She had a small, black heart situated under her eye. She had a tight, burgundy dress on that suited her down to the ground. I smiled as we were close to each other smiling awkwardly.

"Hai!" She beamed as she looked me up and down. I couldn't place her accent.

"Um, Hi. I'm (Y/N)" I said trying to avoid eye contact.

"That's a pretty name. I'm Jinkx, Jinkx Monsoon. I have already heard much about you" She said. She was very well spoken and very charming. She smiled, making me feel a little better and I began to warm up in to the conversation. I could feel Trixie's arm still around my back as our legs were touching. It was such a tight squeeze on this sofa. Jinkx began to crack jokes towards me and make me feel so comfortable. She was good with small talk so she didn't let the conversation die.
