Being smart makes the incompetent people around hate you, but why do they do that? Because they're too lazy to improve their self but have the time to criticize the people who's one up than them. I've always thought of this people as contagious disease, if one person has it half or maybe 99% of people have it too.
I was walking along the hallway at the second floor, where my room is located, when suddenly someone throw a water balloon to my direction. It hit my head, the popped balloon water was now dripping in the cemented floor of the hallway. I took off the glasses I'm wearing and silently wiped the water off.
I was about to wear it again and continue walking my way through my classroom, when the first water balloon had been followed by many more.
I just sigh and wore my glasses again before continuing my walk. I ignore their laughter and their contiguous throwing of water balloons. 'Folks this is the society disease. What a bunch of idiots.'
When I reached our classroom. I'm soaked with water. I was about too open the door when it opened in the inside.
"Code! Anong nangyari sayo?!" I heard her scream in shock. I looked at her for a second then passed by her. Leaving her dumbfounded.
They're all looking at me. After a second they all break into a fit of laughter when I reach my chair. I just ignored them and took off my towel from my bag and begun drying my hair.
I stopped when Valeriana Thompson is now in my front giving me her deathly glare. I just ignored her and kept doing what I'm doing.
She sat on her chair next to mine with a loud thud. I looked at her confuse by her actions, she just rolled her eyes to me.
"What?" Mataray na tanong niya sa mga kaklase naming natahimik at ngayon nakatingin sa gawi namin. Napailing nalang ang iba at bumalik sa kanya kanyang ginagawa.
"It's too early for that attitude Thompson." Sambit ko. Sinamaan niya naman ako ng tingin.
"Wag mo kong englishin jan Harrison, baka maupakan kita." Mataray na sambit niya.
"You've always said that to me but not even once you've done it." I said mocking her.
She instantly glared at me.
"Are you testing me Mr. Harrison?" She deathly said.
Napikon ko na ata ang babaeng ito. When she called you by your surname she's pissed off.
"Nope, it's just a waste of time anyway." Sambit ko at pinunasan ang salamin ko.
"Tsk! Kung di lang kita kaibigan kanina pa kita tinapon jan sa bintana." Inis na sambit niya at inirapan ako ulit.
"Even if I'm not your friend, you cannot throw me at the window." Sambit ko sa kanya. Tinignan niya naman ako ng naka taas ang kilay.
"Paano mo naman yun nasabi?" She asked. I raised my two fingers in front of her.
"First of you can't even carry a trash bag full of garbage, you always need my help. Second your physically weak and your so thin. I think your bones will break if you carry me, seriously Val are you even eating?" Sambit ko. Napatanga naman siya sa'kin.
