3rd PoV

Their conversation was interrupted by the knock on the door. They went still when the person on the outside started kicking the door when nobody answered. Lucifer signalled the two to hide in the cubicles. They nodded before hiding, while Lucifer jumped into the ceiling. He swung himself to the man when the door finally opened before landing carefully on floor.

Tinignan nito ang maskarang nasa lapag. "Shit their here." He whispered when he saw the white color of the mask. Lumabas ang dalawa sa loob ng C.R. "White mask. Looks like the Devils are coming." Faze said when he saw the mask. Inayos ni Lucifer ang katana sa likod nito. "Go back to your dorm. I'll just report back to Nadiel. Double your security, they know you guys. I'm sure they will come for you." He said before running off.

Mag kasabay namang tumakbo pabalik sa dormitory ang dalawa habang iniiwasan ang apat na grupo. Pagkapasok nila sa dorm ay seryoso ang lahat ng tao. Nag tatakang napatingin naman si Zylo kay Val.

"A message just came in. A bad one." Ani Lisa. "What is it?" Tanong ni Zylo habang dahan dahan na lumalapit sa grupo. "The school will held a game and everyone is complied to attend. If you refuse, instant death."

"So what's the catch?" Seryosong nag salita naman si Night. "The event is hide and seek. We are grouped by the people we are staying with in the dorm. They distributed the role by dorm numbers. 1-1500 is the hiders while 1600-2000 is the seekers. The rules are simple if you're the hider you have to hide but if you're the seeker you have to find the hiders and kill them so you could be safe from the death board. Hiders can fight back but they are refrained from killing the seekers. But the seekers job will not be that easy, they will be given a students name that they will need to kill and if they fail to do so, Blood Axis will held a public execution to them. The game will start at 1am tomorrow and the game will end at 1pm in the afternoon."

Napatingin naman sa wall clock si Zylo. It's already four in the morning. "We should rest. We need to reserve our energy for tomorrow. What dorm number are we?" Sumagot naman si Lancer. "Room no. 1991. We're seekers." Napamura naman si Zylo. "It will be more convenient if we're the hiders. Faze knows alot of hiding place." Aniya. "Is there a kill goal?" Sunod na tanong ni Zylo. Tumango si Night. "10 people per person including the target. The targets name will be given tomorrow in our lockers." Dagdag nito.

"Let's lay our plan tomorrow. For now we need to sleep. I'll head up first, goodnight." Paalam ni Knight at nag lakad na sa itaas. Sumunod naman si Lancer dito bago mag paalam kay Val. Faze tapped Zylo shoulder before heading upstairs. Hanggang si Zylo at Val nalang ang natira.

"Tomorrow, stay with me at all cost. It's my duty to protect you and only you. If I have to sacrifice-" Pinutol naman ni Val ang sinasabi ni Zylo. "No one has to sacrifice tomorrow. I can handle myself, Zylo." Zylo smirked. "Oh really?" He taunt before launching an attack towards Val. He threw a fake punch in her right and when Val tried to block it, he followed it up with a kick on her side. Naduwal naman sa pagkakatayo si Val pero agad na nakatayo at umatake kay Zylo.

Zylo jumped into the table to dodge Val's kick. Tumalon sa ere si Zylo at pasimpleng hinugot ang dart na nakatago sa sapatos nito. He threw it at Val's. Nanigas naman sa kinakatayuan si Val ng maramdaman ang hapdi sa pisngi. The dart manage to cut her face before piercing in the dart board. "And you said you can handle your-" Natigilan si Zylo ng maramdaman ang talim ng kutsilyo sa kanyang leeg. Val smirked. "The battle is not yet over until one of us give up." Tinaas naman ni Zylo ang kamay. He admit it, she caught him off guard. "Well then, I surrender, milady." Nakangiting binaba naman ni Val ang kutsilyo at binato ito sa dart board. Tinignan ni Zylo ang board. "You got more accurate." He said when the knife directly hit the bullseye, splitting the dart that he threw earlier into two.

"I've been practicing with the twin and Jeremy. They've literally didn't go easy on me, those jerks." Zylo chuckled. "But if it's not for them you wouldn't be this good." He said. Tumango naman si Val at pinunasan ang pisngi nito ng may tumulo muli ritong dugo. "Well you're right. I'll just take care of this cut before heading to bed." Anito bago siya talikuran. "Even if you can handle yourself now. Don't refrain me from protecting you, milady." Nakangiting nilingon naman siya nito. "Why would I refrain my royal guard from protecting my ass?" She sarcastically said before waving her hand in goodbye. Napailing nalang si Zylo bago umakyat sa itaas at pumasok sa sariling kwarto nito.

Napatingin si Zylo sa bintana na bukas. Nilapitan niya ito at nakita ang isang papel. He read the content of the paper before pulling out his lighter and burning it into ashes. He looked up into the sky. "Long live the Demon King." He whispered before shuting the window and dumping himself into the bed. "Tomorrow will be a long day." He thought before drifting to sleep.

Zylo

apapitlag ako ng marinig ang tunog ng bell. I heard my classmates murmured in fear. Pabagsak namang binaba ng professor naming lalaki ang libro nitong hawak bago ngumiti ng mala-demunyo. "You may proceed to your lockers or hiding place." Anito at tumatawang lumabas. "Yung putanginang yun ang una kong papatayin." Narinig kong bulong ni Knight na katabi ko lang.

Umapila naman si Lancer. "Nakalimutan mo nabang pinagbawal ang pag patay sa mga professor kasi iilan nalang sila?" Hinampas naman ni Knight ang desk niya. "That's just plain bullshit to be honest." He said. Napairap naman si Lancer bago tumayo sa upuan nito. "Kung gusto mo mahabol ng Blood Axis bakit hindi mo gawin?" He sarcastically said before heading out. Siniko ko naman si Knight at inayang pumunta na sa locker.

Nakabusangot naman ang mukha nito hanggang sa makarating kami sa locker namin. "Time to be fucking shock." He mumbled before opening his locker. Hinanap ko muna si Val sa kumpol ng tao. Namataan ko naman siya na tahimik lang na nag lalakad papunta sa amin. I noticed the paper in her hand. "Sino nakuha mo?" I asked in a low voice. Nag angat naman ito ng tingin. I could see that she's troubled. Mukhang kakilala nifo ang nakuha niya. "Gren Voyage." Basa ko sa papel na hawak niya.

"Who the hell is that?" I mumbled. Bigla naman sumulpot ang mukha ni Faze at tinignan din ang papel ni Val. "Damn. Hindi ba siya ang leader ng Rojo?" Kunot noong tinignan ko naman siya. "He's the leader of the red mask. The second ranking group in the Blood Axis." He explained. Nakangiwing tumango ako at tinapik sa balikat si Val. "We got you so don't worry about it." Nakangiting tumango naman siya at sinilip ang papel na hawak ko. Natuptop nito ang bibig at nanlalaki ang mata na tumingin sa akin. "Bakit?" Tanong ko. "T-Tignan m-mo kung s-sino nakuha mo." Nag tatakang tinignan ko naman ang papel na hawak ko. "Fuck no." I uttered when I saw the name of my target. This school really is fucking with us. Sa dinami dami ng tao na nakakulong dito bakit siya pa?
