3rd PoV

There was a man in black cloak lurking in the shadow right below the war that he himself brewed. He looked behind him when his right hand man suddenly appeared. He bowed down infront of him before reporting. "Lord Shadow, the foot soldiers have successfully surrounded the group that Zero built." The man in black cloak called Shadow grins. "Capture them at all cost. If they put on a fight, fight back, but don't kill them. I don't want our only hope of capturing Zero be killed just like that." He ordered. "As you wish, my Lord. Dio-Two and Dio-Four have also make their move, my Lord and the scouts outside have been spotted with a clean cut on their throats." Shadow face became grim. "Do you think it's caused by Cóndor Organización, Vayne?" He asked, Vayne nodded in response. "It's a possibility, my Lord. Zero has been making bold moves until recently. Last intel about Zero whereabouts is in the Black Casino and our scouts spotted multiple Cóndor's agent inside the casino." Shadow clenched his fist out of anger. "That bastard! How dare him sold us out in those petty birds." Shadow turned around. "Change of plan, Vayne. Kill them, kill them all! Beheaded them and display their heads in the center of the University, where Zero can see them!" He shouted. "But, my Lord-," Vayne words was cut off when a dagger suddenly flew beside his face. Blood drip into his black suit while looking at Shadow who throwed the dagger at him. "I'm not asking for your opinion, Vayne. Get out of my sight before I kill you with my own hands." Vayne bowed before leaving quietly. Shadow on the other hand is furious against Zero. "You lowly test subject. How dare you disobey me again. I will show you what's the consequences on disobeying your creator." When he was about to leave he sense a shadow lurking beside him, watching him intently, without a purpose of hiding its killing intent to him.

"I see that your desire to kill me heighten when you heard my order, Zero." Shadow said before turning around with a smug smile on his face. "Or should I call you now, Code?" He said with a hint of mocking. "Enough with your blabbering, Shadow. I've had enough with your nonsense. Did you really think I'm stupid enough to let Vayne catch me?" Shadow brow furrowed. "Talking nonsense my beloved Code?" He asked, trying to avoid the topic. Code laughed coldly before throwing something into Shadow direction. Shadow cursed under his breath when he saw his right hand man head with its eyes wide open. He must have killed Vayne before he could even put on a fight, as expected from Zero. Shadow thought.

"Is he really your right hand man? He's not even worth of beheading." Code mocked while slowly walking towards Shadow. The light of the moon showed half of Code's mask. His eyes is empyt and cold, he could even send the bravest person in the world to shiver in fear with only his pair of eyes. "Do you know what I hate the most, Shadow?" He asked while slowly shortening their distance at each other. Shadow tried to play it cool with a mocking chuckle. "What? Me? The organization? Or maybe Prof. Samantha Kellen?" He emphasized the name Samantha. He knew how much Code hates the name of the person who made them like this. A monster hiding in a human body. She's Victor wife and the one who pursued his husband in continuing the inhumane experiment.

But surprisingly Code didn't even flinch in the mention of the name. "You're wrong. What I hated the most is the fact that I let you scums get your hands on my woman." He said before closing the gap between them in a instant. Shadow smiled in amusement while holding his throat that has been slit by the boy he taught that could never escape from his past self. "Y-You f-finally escaped from your p-past. Y-You've done well, b-boy." He said. Code place his hand on Shadow chest. "I told you before right? I will not stop until I seek justice for their deaths. Farewell, Sir Alex Navarro." He bid farewell to Nadiel father before vanishing into the darkness. Alex a.k.a Shadow closed his eyes as a lone tear dropped from his eyes. I'm finally free from the organization, Reah. I'm finally going to see you. I'm sorry if I haven't taken care of our children but they grew stronger than I expected. And that little boy finally manage to let go of his past. He chuckled. "Ahh, I've been a bad person, aren't I Reah?" He said with his last breath. His fall paused the war that was going on. Confusion was now visible into the crowds face.

Code appeared infront of Nadiel who's looking from afar at his father death fall. "I've payed my debt, Nadiel." Code said. Nadiel closed his eyes and turned around. "Thank you for releasing him from this hell, Zero." Nadiel said. "Don't call me by that name." Code hissed, Nadiel just chuckled. "Let's go. My men is already in position the agents in white is already closing in. This is an all out war, we shouldn't be lagging behind." Code stopped Nadiel before he could even leave the room. "Offer your prayers to Alex first, Nadiel. He's still your father after all. After your done it's time that we hunt the hunters." Code said before pushing Nadiel back and leaving him inside. When Code left a clap echoed through the room, from the shadow, Gate appeared with a smile on his face. "And they say his cold and emotionless. I think his the most caring person in our group." He said before laughing. Nadiel shook his heads when he heard Gate's comment. "Well, his not that bad after all. Maybe we misjudge him a little." He said. Gate laugh grew louder when he heard his brother comment. "We might have but that doesn't change the fact the he could kill anyone with a straight face." Gate said while looking at their father's corpse. "They've changed him. What do you expect?" Nadiel said before offering his prayer from his late father and mother.
