Hey guys! Finally it's here! The very last chapter of Code! Thank you for everyone who made it this far. You guys rock!

Epilogue

I am eyes closed
I'm slowly falling
To the music and the atmosphere
Now and then
I feel lights fading softly
All over me
And I remember last year
When I was alone in my bed
With all these thoughts in my head
And living silently inside

I closed my eyes as I savour the lyrics I'm hearing. As darkness envelop my sight, a memory passed by. A memory I couldn't ever forget. Driven by the melody and lyrics of the song being played, I started to go through all of those unforgettable memories again.

"Madam! Half of our forces are currently being back away by the enemy reinforcement." A man in red suit reported. A woman wearing a red mask turned around and saw the man wound bleeding. "How is our other forces? Are they holding up the forth?" She asked and looked at the folder she's holding. "The students that you saved are currently holding the forth with their lives on the line and they're doing pretty good with the command of Blood Axis." The woman nodded, pleased on what she heard. "But we still have a problem up front. Those bastards aren't gonna surrender easily." She mumbled and placed the folder down and pick up a handgun sitting in the table. "It's been a long time since I held a gun in my hand." She said as she checked the bullets inside magazine of the gun. She smirked and look outside. "I guess it's time for the commander to step out. I bet that witch won't stand back if she'll see me step on the battlefield." As she head out a nameplate dropped on the floor and with the help of the moon's light the name Headmistress Rae Harrison engraved on it can be seen. Below it was Cóndor Organización Supremo written in small letters.

I couldn't forget the recognition I felt when I say that name. As if she was a close person to me. I slightly opened my eyes when I felt a leaf dropped on my face. I was fascinated when I saw its color, it was crimson red. It looked like a droplet of blood in my hand.

It's so late
In the night
My mind is drifting away
Then I dream about times
I wished for a new happier day
If a hand could reach out right now
And save my life somehow
I'll face the sun again
As soon as this dreary night ends

Another memory flashed when I thought of blood. I groaned in pain when my head suddenly ached. As if my mind were forced opened all of the dream that I had last night played in my mind once again.

As I slowly opened my eyes I was suddenly transported in a bloody field. I look in front of me and saw a burning building from a far. It was chaotic, I saw so many unfamiliar faces but my attention was caught on the battle going in front of the burning building. I was stunned when I saw a dragon stomping people. I saw lots of dead bodies around the black dragon, I moved a bit closer when I saw the dragon trying to ate somebody. I stopped when I recognize the person spraying bullets inside the dragon mouth. It was the same man in red suit I saw in my other dream! I looked away when the man was slowly being eaten alive by the dragon. Because I felt the urged to find the woman I saw with the man currently being eaten alive I went and looked around the dead bodies on the field.

I stopped on my tracks when I finally saw her. She was currently fighting the dragon with her bare hands. I wad astonished when she single handily caught the dragon tail. I really do have a weird dream. I thought while I watched as the woman struggled for her life. I was about to look away when I saw the dragon about to burn her alive when a faceless man appeared below the dragon. The dragon attention was diverted to the faceless man below her. She tried to stomp the faceless man with her feet but the man stopped it with a staff in hand. I saw as he push the dragon foot off him and cast something and the dragon flew off on the air.

I saw him talked to the woman before going after the dragon in the sky. I tried to follow after them but I was limited on the ground view. I sighed and sit on the ground and look up the sky. I can saw the intense battle going on up there. As I was watching the battle in the sky I felt someone sat beside me. I was startled when a sick looking woman sat beside me. She look at me as if she could see me. She weakly smiled at me as if she could see my startled expression. I inch away from the woman. I can say, even if she look sickly, she's still beautiful, it's fascinating. I was about to focus my attention on the battle in the sky again when I heard her talked in a low voice.

"What did you just said?" I asked out of reflex. I laughed when she didn't said anything. Of course she won't respond, this is just a dream after all. I chuckled at myself and was about to look away from her when she grabbed my hand. "Y-You could touch me?" I uttered and she slowly nodded. She motioned me to inch closer so I did. "How could you see and touch me when those people can't." I asked. Earlier I tried to talk to someone but they just passed through me as if I was not there. "I-I d-don't h-have much t-time left b-but I a-lways w-anted to say s-omething to you. S-So l-listen c-carefully o-okay?" I barely understand her words but I nodded. She smiled weakly. "I'm sorry if I'll go first. It's been fun, being with you." She stopped in her words as if she was having a difficulty in breathing. I was about to tell her to stop talking and breathe when she continued. I was taken a back when I saw tears in her eyes. I let her touch my face as she was crying. I was befuddled on what to do but I stayed silent. "I always wanted to tell you that I'll always," A ringing pain suddenly cut her word off, I closed my eyes in pain and when I opened my eyes she was gone. I stand up and look for her but only a silver ring could be seen and some droplets of blood. I picked up the ring and was about to walk away when I heard her voice in the air. "I love you."  I heard and as the dream slowly disappeared I found myself in tears below the tree I was sleeping at. I felt a pang of pain in my chest when I remember the woman who held my face in her hands.

I tried wiping my tears off but it kept dropping like waterfalls. I ran inside the bathroom to hide my face. I sat in the toilet I look at my hand who was gripping the ring I picked up in my dream. I was startled when I saw the ring in my hand. I put it in my pocket and went outside to wash my face. As I step outside the bathroom I can't forget the dream I have. "Hey! Code Harrison!" I inch away when I saw her face right in front of me. I push her face away. "What do you want, Val?" I asked. Weird, I can see that woman face in Val. "What do you mean what? You're spacing out since earlier!" She said. She squinted her eyes as if she noticed something. She gasped. "W-Wait! Did you cry?" I look away. "No. Go away you're annoying." I heard her devilish laugh and held my face and turned it to her. I shook the thought of the similarities of Val and the woman in my dream. It can't be. The Val I know is a chaotic and childish girl so opposite to that angelic woman. "Don't tell me you cried because I didn't ate with you earlier?!"  She said and I took her hand off my face. "Shut up, Val." She chuckled and kept pestering me. I zone her off and thought about the possibility of my dream. After a minute of thinking I chuckled to myself. "As if I'll fall in love." I mumbled and Val heard it. "What did you just said?" She asked. I shook my head. "Nothing you should worry about." I said as I focus my attention in front.
