ALISHA

"Hey, sis. Seth is there already. Are you done?" Ate Alyana peeks at our door. Tumango ako habang tiningnan ang sarili sa salamin. Alyzza look at her self while pouting.

We heard another knock. We immediately get our pouch and open the door. Shauna grinned at us.

"Nagmukhang tao! Taray naman!"

Napangisi ako at umirap. Pagkababa namin ay agad kong nakita si Meg na nakaupo. Napakunot-noo ako.

If Megan is here. And Alyzza is here too. Saan ako uupo? Wait—

"Hindi ka susunduin ni Trey?"

Umiling siya. "Hindi, bijj. Maaga siyang umalis. You know? Band."

Napailing ako. "So—"

Hindi ko na natapos pa ang sasabihin ko nang may panibagong nagdoorbell. Mom went there and giggle for the new comer.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko nang makita kung sino ang taong 'yon.

Tell me I'm dreaming. Tell me, this is not true!!!

He smiled at me and nods to my Dad. Lumapit sila Alyzza at Ate sa kan'ya sabay niyakap siya.

My heart beats fast and I'm breathless. The way he's talking to my sisters while glancing at me caused me to stop because of amusement.

Sa sobrang gulo nang utak ko. Hindi ko na alam kung ano ang sasabihin.

Baka nag-aasume lang ako? Baka si Meg ang sinusundo niya diba? Or Shau?

Oh, hell!

"Let's go?"

I snap and look at him. Tinuro ko pa ang sarili ko. Pigil-ngiti naman siyang tumango.

Napapikit ako sa inis. I don't even know why I am feeling this. Nagpasiuna ako sa kanya. There, I stop after I saw his black car parked infront of our house.

"Hop in?"

He won't open the doors for me? Oh, come on, Aly! Asa ka pa! He even left that boutique without telling you. Anong pake ko naman? Wala! Ofcourse, wala!

Sinubukan kong buksan ang nasa likod. Napakamot-noo siyang lumabas sa sasakyan sabay binuksan ang front seat.

"Sit here. Not there. Sit beside me."

Padabog akong sumakay. I saw my friends and my sisters wave at me before they went to kuya Seth's car.

We didn't talk. Tahimik lang. I thought it's going to be that way the whole ride pero...

"I am sorry."

Lumingon ako sa kan'ya. He stopped the car in front of the event hall and look at me.

"I am sorry because I left that mall—"

"Why are you explaining?"

Nagkibit-balikat lang siya at tumingin sa labas. I bite my inner cheek.

"S-Sorry." I started. "I didn't mean it."

Tumango siya. "It's alright. I know you don't like me pero lapit pa rin ako nang lapit" He look at me. "You hated me because I like you—"

"I-It's not like that, Nakihiro—"

"Yes, it is. Don't worry," He stop and look at the people passing. "Don't worry, I will not go pestering you around."

He went out and I did that too. Hindi ko maiwasan ang konsensyang naramdaman ko sa puso ko. He didn't do anything pero hindi ko alam kung ano itong nararamdaman ko. I can't understand myself either. Hindi naman ako ganito. Sa kan'ya lang.
