Evie's POV

It's been 2 weeks and 1 day. It's 4pm. I finally get to talk to him. He was busy all day but promised he'd be back by 4 so we can facetime. I press the call button.

1ring. 2rings. 3rings. It just keeps ringing.

He normally answers on the first ring. It cuts out.

Jonah ❤💍🌍 is unable to facetime

My heart breaks a little bit. I text him.

Evie: hey jojo❤ is everything okay? You promised you'd be able to call.
I love you <3

Left on read. He nevee does that. Have i upset him?What did I do wrong? Has he moved on? Does he not love me anymore?
I text him again.

Evie:jo what's wrong? I'm worried about you.

Jonah:nothing. I'm fine.

Evie:why can't you facetime? Is everything okay? Are you safe?

Evie: please jonah, are you annoyed at me? Do you not love me anymore?

Jonah:just stop texting me.

Evie: what,why? Are you okay jojo?

Jonah: stop.

I broke down. I yelled and I sobbed and I whacked things. Tyler came in.

"Sis, what's up? I heard cryin-"

"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" he put his hand on my shoulder to try and comfort me.
"Evie, what hap-"
"I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE ME ALONE!" I thump his chest as hard as I could. He gets up to leave;
"Okay, I'm sorry I'll go " he kisses my head before walking out. Just as he goes to shut the door I stop him.
"Wait-" I say hesitantly. He looks at me raising an eyebrow in confusion
"-could you stay actually? And can you get Anna and Daniel for me as well, please? Sorry for shouting at you..." I go quiet hoping I didn't make him mad.
"Of course I will, sis. It's my number one priority to make sure you're happy" he winks and gives me a thumbs up, managing to make me smile a little.

He goes and knocks on Daniels door first, then Anna's.

hey walk in. Daniel first.

"You called?... OH MY GOD! Who did this to you?!"
"Hey babe, oh evie come here. What's up boo? You can tell me." I'm enveloped into a hug by Anna. It's nice. We all sit down on the bed and I lean into Daniel as Anna begins to braid my hair.

"So... who do we have to kill?" Anna jokes. Earning a small smile and I shake my head lightly, trying not to ruin the braids.

Daniel grabs my hand.
"Seriously E, who or what made you this upset?"
"It doesn't matter Dani, I'm fine honestly."more tears start to silently pour from my eyes. It's a constant stream but I try not to make noise so they won't notice.
I whimper causing all 3 of them to look at me. Tyler wipes the tears from my face.
"Who?" Daniel says softly, while looking into my eyes. His bright blue eyes are hypnotising and they somehow persuade me to answer. I look down and fidget with my ring jonah gave me when he proposed. Are we not gonna get married anymore?

"Jonah..." I say almost whispering. Anna drops th braids as Tyler and Daniel exchange shocked looks. Tyler immediately pulls me into a bear hug. Wrapping his arms round me tight so I feel safe. I can feel his chin move on my head as he mouths something to Daniel and Anna.
I just cry into his chest as he strokes my hair. What did I do wrong? Why doesn't Jonah love me anymore? What's going to happen about our engagement? He promised that he would never let the distance break us apart. I guess he lied.
Daniel rubbed my arm as Anna spoke to me telling met it's gonna be okay. Tyler just kept holding me.
