-We could play something outside. The weather is nice today.
Jack says and the truth is that I am having second thoughts about it as I am not that good with sports.
-I don't know. We'll see after breakfast. It is the only day of the week we are actually taking our time.
-I agree with Emma. Anne?
Mark asks me and I nob positively my head as I sip on my tea. I love Sundays. I don't know why but they seem to give me something that no other day of the week can. I feel excited about spending time so relaxed.
-I think I am in for something outside. How about soccer? Oh excuse me! Football as you guys like to call it.
I say and they all laugh with that. All this time that I am here we have been discovering differences in our language that I never thought they existed.
-I am in for football. But with one condition.
Jack says and we stop what we are doing to stare at him.
-Boys versus girls.
-No way! Come on Jack. We can't always do that in everything.
Emma says and I couldn't agree more with her.
-Do you think that we are not good enough? My dad taught me I have to inform you.
I say and Jack seems like he's putting a lot thought into it for a minute before he responds.
-Okay then. I'll take you and Mark will take Emma. Second round we change. Are you in?
-I am in.
Mark says and Emma turns to look at me and I nod in agreement.
-We are in. We'll meet you in the field behind the theater in 20 minutes.
Emma says and she gets up. I follow her outside after waving the boys goodbye.
-Are you ready?
-For what?
-We'll jog the way home.
-What?
I ask her but she has already started running and I follow her.
-We have to warm up if we'll play football.
-We just ate Em.
-It's fine. It was breakfast.
-I know. But I want it to stay inside me.
-Come on Anne! Run!
She is saying it like it's an easy thing to do. I am trying to keep up but I can't.
I arrive home a couple minutes after her.
-I'll go change. See you in 15'.
-Alright. If I don't collapse after taking the stairs.
I say and make my way upstairs. I get in my room and try to find some workout clothes. The truth is that I don't own a lot of sweatpants. I kind of hate them.
I change into black bottoms and a grey and red old jumper. I put on my trainers and make my hair into a pony tail before leaving.
When I am down Emma is waiting for me and she kind of seems excited about it.
-Let's go!
-I am not running again.
-Why?
